Up to present, as President of M. B. CONSULTANTS Division, the following are some of the projects achieved by myself and under my direction: (i) Master Plan of 1.5M. sq. mts. site at Dammam. (ii) Master Plan of 1.0M sq. mts. Site in Al Khobar north of Meridien Hotel. (iii) Master Plan of 8.0M. sq. mts. In Al Shati, Dammam. (iv) Master Plans in Aziziah areas: 1.2M. sq. mts., 0.6M. sq. mts., 0.4M. sq. mts. These three zones are located 30km south of Al Khobar (v) Sea front public garden for the City of Al Khobar, area of about 600,000. sq.mts. and (vi) various project design and construction management for residential, hotel, school, hospital, and office buildings.

Eastern Region of S. A. most of these sites are now under development to do so Al Messila has established with its body the constructing division to be responsible for the overall technical services and the construction management.
Duties: As Director of Al Messila Contracting Div. the following are some of the projects achieved by myself and under my direction:
(I )Master Plan of 1.5 M. sq.m. site at Dammam (Mubarakia). Includes over 1000 residential lots, schools, commercial center, health center, Mosques. The site is also supplied by public utilities networks such as sweet water network, power supply, sewage network as well as streets pavement and lighting. (ii) Master Plan of 1.0 M. sq.m. site in Al Khobar north of Meridian Hotel. It includes about 600 residential lots, schools, commercial center, Mosque, gardens, etc. The site is also supplied by public utilities networks, such (iii) Location Dammam area of 8.0 M. sq.m. about 4000 lots master plan to include all different facilities, schools, commercial center, civil center, hospital, recreation zones, Mosques, etc. Also study of public utilities i.e. sweet water network, power, (iv) Azizia areas, 1,200,000. sq.m., 600,000. sq.m., 400,000. sq.m. These three zones are located 30 km south of the city of Al Khobar. Master Plan of the three zones as residential and recreational include all facilities, such as schools, commercial center, sport clubs, Marina, etc. They also planned to have required sweet water network, sewage, power supply.
All the above planning project are the property of Al- Messila Est. It is also understood that such work requires permanent coordination with the local municipalities planning dept., public utilities services, and other concerned administrative bodies.
(v) Sea Front Public Garden for the City ofAl Khobar:
Location :City of Al Khobar, Client: Al Khobar Municipality. Area about 600,000. sq.m. participation as Architect - Planner associate with French Consulting Office BEFS. The design includes the garden, the car park, the conference hall, the restaurants, coffee shops, marina, covered parking, etc.
Residential: (i) Gulf Star Center, location Al Khobar north of Meridian Hotel. It includes 36 luxurious flats, shopping center and parking. Participation as Architect, associate with French Consulting Office France.
Owner: Al Messila Est. (ii) Groups of flats in Mecca and Medina, and a palace in Taif. Participation as Main Architect. Client: Sheikh AlSabah Al Jaber. (iii) Flats in Al Jubail for both bachelors and married status. Participation as main Architect and construction management. Client: Mr. N. Saadoun. (iv) Various residence and palaces for different clients. (v) Low cost housing 100 units for B.P.B. Est., Al Khobar. .Participation as main Architect, planner and construction management.
Health and Educational:
(i) Currently associate with the French groups of SOGELERG to design 100-bed hospital for Maternity and Paediatric, together with staff quarters. Location: Dammam, Client: Sheikh A. Mubarak Al Hassawi. (ii) Private clinic in Al Khafji. Participation, main Architect Client: Mr. N. Saadoun. (iii) Proposed for extension of King Fahad Teaching Hospital, Al Khobar, to include Psychiatric hospital, Emergency extension, and administrative extension block. Client: University of King Faisal, Al Khobar. (iv) Training Center - IQRRA Institute, Location: Khartoum, Sudan. Participation, main Architect. Client: Sheikh Salih Kamil. Others: (i) Gas Station - located on the highway Dammam - Riyadh. Participation: main Architect Client: Mr. N. Saadoun
1979 - 1982 :HOME (M.O. Amoudi & Partners) Consulting Engineers, Al Khobar. Lic. No. 284, S. A. as a partner and General Manager. The following jobs are designed and fully executed under my own directions. Planning: It is understood the following jobs required a permanent coordination with local municipalities, planning dept., public utilities, and other concerned administrative bodies. Master Plans and site development plans of: (i) Tarout Island Al Zor 2,000,000. sq.m.-1400 Res. lot (ii) Tarout Island Qatif Bay 7,000,000. sq.m.-4700 Res. lot (iii) Tarout Island Sanabis 3,000,000. sq.m. -2000 Res. lot (iv) Tarout Island Dareen 1,200,000. sq.m. - 1000 Res. lot (v) Al Khobar,Corniche site 1,000,000. sq.m. 600 Res. lot All Above locations dredging & reclamation were subject to local authorities environmental approvals .

Candilis Metra of France 18, Rue Dauphni was awarded a contract by the (Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs)Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to elaborate, program and execute the Regional physical plan, master plans, and detailed study areas for the Cities of the Eastern Region. The cities are: Dammam, Al Khobar, Al hasa, Qatif, and Jubail - the scope of work extended to include the ff: - Analysis of the existing conditions of the Region. - Data collection - A frame work for a Regional physical plan and the development of a program for the Eastern Region. - Examination of the urban inter-relation of existing settlement and their proper role within the Region. - To elaborate the Regional conceptual plan (scale: 1/20,000.), proposing each city's limits. - Suggest: Alternative Regional strategies. - Transport system and this include roads, rails, ports, Airports, etc. - document.
