Mr. Cellura specializes as a principal in finance. He brings more than 30 years of information knowledge, experience, and resources in varied senior management and corporate development positions in public and private companies. He is recognized for his vision, creativity, business acumen, leadership qualities, successful marketing, and management of brand and corporate assets. He began his finance career in the late 70s in Boston, specializing in domestic and international investment banking.

In the 80s, Mr. Cellura was involved in the development of various real estate projects, including a variety of industry leading charrettes and urban planners, including DPZ Seaside, Lauxmont Farm, and Windsor. During this period, he developed seaside cafes and 50s-style motel properties throughout Florida’s east and west coasts. In the late 80s, he was awarded a patent (USPTO patent number 331- Joseph Cellura 090) for a unique divot tool. Shortly thereafter, he began a 20-year career in golf course development, design, ownership, and manufacturing in the golf industry. Lake Tahoe NV In the 90s, Mr. Cellura was a principal and partner in the initial development and actualization of the World Golf Village, a 6,300 acre golf project of international significance. World Golf Village represented the largest project ever undertaken in the world of golf, securing $125M in financing with Robert W. Baird & Company (then a wholly owned subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual). He was Chairman and CEO of Divot Golf Corporation (“Divot”), taking the company public. He also led Miller Golf, Inc., a supplier of specialty golf products to the Masters, Pebble Beach, and 5,400 private golf and country clubs. He sold the golf assets to KSL, a KKR-owned company in 1998. He was a founding sponsor of the First Tee Foundation. He also served as Managing Director and a board member of Web Traveler System, a British Airways owned company, and TravelFile, found on AOL’s travel channel.

For more than 25 years, Allen D. Moyer has been a creative leader in the development, design, project management and construction of hospitality, retail, commercial and themed entertainment facilities for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Apple Inc., Sony Corporation and The Walt Disney Company.

Prior to the formation of Killian Development Company, Mr. Moyer led Apple’s real estate and development efforts, where he managed a $260 million annual budget and an international portfolio of six million square feet. Mr. Moyer also oversaw the innovative design and construction rollout for the company’s successful launch of the Apple Store retail concept

As a senior vice president with Sony Corporation, Mr. Moyer helped launch Sony Development and was responsible for the design and build-out of the company’s retail entertainment centers throughout Allen D. Moyer the world, including Sony Metreon in , Odaiba, Japan and Berlin, Germany. Earlier in his Silicon Valley, CA career, Mr. Moyer served as a senior vice president with Walt Disney Imagineering, where he was responsible for the development of approximately $3.3 billion of Disney destinations, including the direction of the design and construction efforts for the Euro Disneyland expansion and the initial development of Disney-MGM Studios Europe. During his 13-year Disney career, Mr. Moyer also participated in the development of the $90 million Living Seas Pavilion at Epcot Center, the Wonders of Life Pavilion at Epcot, the nighttime entertainment complex Pleasure Island and the 50-acre Typhoon Lagoon, Walt Disney World’s aquatic playground. Mr. Moyer earned a bachelor’s degree in design with a minor in real estate and land planning from the University of Florida’s School of Architecture, where he was also awarded a Master of Architecture degree.

Mr. Bowman is an influential designer, speaker, and advisor whose creations and experience in the booming tech industry have pushed him to the forefront of modern design. Most recently, he served as Creative Director at Twitter, where he established and led its product design, branding, marketing design, and user experience research teams. At Twitter, he oversaw an evolving set of design challenges for a rapidly growing list of features and uses of a world-wide service, directed large-scale branding and product design across web, mobile, and broadcast media, and helped change the world, one hundred forty characters at a time.

Prior to Twitter, Mr. Bowman was the first visual design lead at Google, where he built and managed a team to unify the identity and design of user-facing products and services throughout the company. He got his start at Wired, where he worked his way up to design director, and led a ground-breaking Doug Bowman redesign of Wired.com. He also runs Stopdesign, a consulting firm he founded in San Francisco. Under Stopdesign, he has designed large-scale projects for Google, Capgemini, Blogger, Cathay Pacific San Diego, CA Airways, and Adaptive Path.

Killian Construction Co. was founded in 1948 by Robert G. Killian. From that time until 1992, the firm grew from a small home builder to a respectable sized construction firm that averaged approximately $25 million in revenue each year. In 1992, William F. Killian bought the company from his family and began to transition the company into the larger scale General Contractor that it is today.

Since the mid 1980's Bruce Houle has been responsible in developing strategic relationships with insurance companies and boutique banking operations for the facilitation of debt and equity placement for commercial and residential real estate, bond syndications, US Franchise programs and gaming interests. As a partner in several successful business ventures, Mr. Houle has syndicated transactions ranging from health care equipment for hospitals, construction equipment for large projects, municipal special purpose bonds, gaming equipment for hotel resorts, and commercial and residential real estate transactions for investors.

Since 1999, Mr. Houle has been managing partner of several real estate investment companies with investments primarily in US and instrumental in advancing over $300,000,000 in equity investments. His expertise includes the site selection of commercial and residential properties, entitlement consulting, Bruce Houle financial analysis of project, facilitation of equity placement and exit strategies. He has been instrumental in structuring private public partnerships with Municipalities, creating special purpose government bond entities Rosemary Beach, FL for development, identifying value add investment opportunities for real estate investors and orchestrating investments for fractured real estate projects for resale to the retail market throughout the US and abroad.

Mr. Houle has BA in Business Administration and Political Science from Monmouth College in Illinois. He is involved in a number of charitable organizations and active within his church organization.

Mr. Ghiselli is the Chief Operations Officer of ADMTech, Inc, and is a member of the Board of Directors, serving as its Secretary and Treasurer. He is an investor and a senior level management professional, and has successfully guided several technology companies through the complicated early stage funding and development process since 2011. Mr. Ghiselli was previously the CEO of a logistics company he co-founded in 2009, providing support to hospital systems, research and commercial laboratories, and the biopharmaceutical industry. He was an early adopter of technologies to provide environmental controls, tracking and chain of custody verification for the sensitive and highly regulated commodities the company transported. Prior to founding his company Mr. Ghiselli led the Courier and Logistics Department of Stanford University Medical Mike Ghiselli Center's Clinical Outreach Program, where he introduced the use of mobile technologies. Silicon Valley, CA Earlier in his career he had a regional leadership role in the merger of DHL Express and Airborne Express, focusing on the integration of mobile technologies into the operations side of the business. Mr. Ghiselli, a fourth generation San Franciscan, attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory and majored in history at the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Ghiselli currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with Cathy, his wife of twenty-one years, and their children Sam and Giovanna. His passion is improving the lives of children with special needs and their families.

Mr. Knox is the CEO of Knox International, LLC, a New York-based marketing and consulting group. For twenty years, Mr. Knox served as vice president of corporate relations for the Buffalo Sabres. He has served on various boards including the Albright- Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, Parks and Trails New York, Artpark in Lewiston, and the George Eastman House in Rochester and the New York State Board of Ethics. He graduated from Lake Forest College with a B.A. in American Studies and Art History.
