ABSTRACT: In response to the deteriorating situation of average physical stamina in juveniles in mainland , a specific complex of equipment aiming to frequent reappearance for the linear velocity in prospect of track events training for youthful athletes has been invented in accordance with the suitable chance of adjustments from macro-economical sectors, and favorable advancement of track events drill in schools. This complex of devices would successfully realize the data capture and medium interference to the athletic discipline in trine PLC simulation by commands from terminal server in the procedure of Pre-processing the information on linear and angular velocity of the athletic movements by means of 3D acceleration sensation outfits, statistic transmission to transitive base station by wireless blue-teeth, and then factual information distribution to the terminal server after data pre-management. Experimental conclusions have been verified that the afore-mentioned apparatus could be easily handled and accomplish the timely interference and surveillance on the ordinary linear velocity in track events drilling.
