P2ry10 Mouse Putative P2Y purinoceptor 10

Catalog No. CSM3127MP Quantity: 10 mg CSM3127PR 50 µg

Alternate Names: P2Y10, P2Y Family Member 10, P2Y G- Coupled 10, P2Y-Like Receptor, G-Protein Coupled Purinergic Receptor P2Y10

Description: P2ry10 encodes the mouse putative P2Y purinoceptor 10, a G-protein coupled receptor that is preferentially activated by and . P2Y receptors are G-protein-coupled receptors that respond to extracellular purine and pyrimidine nucleotides. To date, eight mammalian P2Y receptors are known (P2Y1, P2Y2, P2Y4, P2Y6, P2Y11-14) as well as the non-mammalian p2y3, p2y8 and p2y receptors. Mouse p2ry10 is a putative receptor for purines coupled to G-.

The receptor is available in the following formats: stable over-expression cell line, membrane preparation, or purified receptor in HEK293 or CHO. Various tagged versions are available. ID: 78826 UniProtKB: Q8BFU7 Format: Cell line, membrane preparation, or purified protein Source: HEK 293 or CHO cells

Characterization: Expression verified by flow cytometry. Receptor demonstrates biological activity when tested in a radioligand assay.
