PROHIBITED ITEMS: Weapons, knives, cash in excess of $20, illegal drugs (prescribed and over the counter drugs must be disclosed to the medical officer), tobacco, alcohol, food, drinks, candy, gum, electronic devices (i.e. iPod, alarm clocks, radios, etc) computers/laptops, cell phones (coordinate prior to encampment or turn in at check-in), video game devices, jewelry other than studs for females, watches, magazines, Non-prescription sunglasses, or ANY other item deemed prohibited by the staff. BE ADVISED: IF IT’S NOT ON THE PACKING LIST, THEN IT IS NOT NEEDED. Religious items such as bibles are NOT considered contraband and may be brought.

NOTE: Any items found that are not on the equipment list will be confiscated and placed in contraband. Prohibited items such as cell phones may be turned at check-in, without consequence, and will be placed in contraband to be returned at the end of encampment. Civil Air Patrol and the Arizona Wing DO NOT take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
