Rick Stanley – Coaching for over 20 years Lon McMullen – Coaching for over 20 with several city and provincial years. Has competed and won city championships at various levels. Coached and provincial titles with community over 60 athletes who have gone on to Post league and Junior High. Former pro Secondary level . Currently a experience as a coach in Australia and principal with Public School Board also coached the 2007 provincial team and currently coaching Senior Girls Basketball as an assistant coach for U15’s. Just finished my season with the Grant MacEwan Griffins and now I am going southern to play for the Medicine Hat Rattlers and continue my degree in the faculty of education. 6"6 shooting guard that can play inside and outside but always will look for the 3pt shot! My fun fact is that I brush my teeth with my left hand because I hope it will help me dribble better.

Luke Praught, Canmore Alberta. Currently at the University of Calgary where I am enrolled in Physics. Played basketball for the Dinos for 2 years but am taking a year off from basketball at the moment to focus on some health issues and school. In the summer I live in Canmore where I work for the school division and continue to play basketball on a daily basis. Before getting into basketball I was actually a competitive cross country skier and biathlete, in which I competed all over the country before fully switching to basketball midway through grade 9.

Mitch Buffie - After high school Mitch went on to play 4 years at Concordia University of Edmonton. After his collegiate career was over, he immediately transitioned into coaching, where he head coach the Paul Kane Sr Boys for the past 2 seasons. Currently he is finishing up his second degree in the education program at U of A and is planning to assistant coach the Sr Boys at Jasper Place next season." Jordan Loughlin - Coach Loughlin has been coaching basketball for over 13 years, the last 4 he has been at the helm of the Sr. Boys at Glenmary High School in Peace River, where he also runs the Peace River Steve Nash Youth Basketball League. He recently has joined the Warriors club to coach the U15 girls team, where they have been very successful in their first season. He has coached the 2012 Zone 8 boys Summer games team, and coached the 2014 Zone 8 girls team. Coach Loughlin has worked at many camps in the Peace Country area and is excited to be back at Rocky Mountain Hoops for another summer!

Kyle Palmer - has been coaching for 8 years. He started his team coaching career with Lethbridge Collegiate Institute as an assistant coach where he was there for two years, winning a zone title and a provincial bronze at the 4A Boys level. He then moved to Catholic Central, where he head coached the JV Boys team to a zone championship for a year and took over as the Head Coach of the Varsity coach the next season, where they finished fourth in the south zone and missing provincials in a two point loss to the Magrath Zeniths. Coach Palmer has also been an assistant for the u14s Team Alberta squad and has spent time working with the University of Lethbridge and Trinity Western University as well. Kyle is currently teaching and coaching at Westmount Junior High in Edmonton. Makenna Ledgister - this past year I was a senior on the Jasper Place women's basketball team along with 2 previous years as a Rebel. I started playing basketball in grade 7 and have grown to love the game and all it has given me. I've had the privilege of representing our province for the last 4 years, taking part in the PEBL league as both a JR Griffin and JR Panda and also being involved in the northwest basketball club through junior high and grade 10. I'm blessed with the opportunity to be a Panda this coming season and look forward to the journey that comes with it. Can't wait for these next couple days to help out at the Rocky Mountain hoops camp!

Haily Weaver - Attended Jasper Place high school where she maintained a starting position on the senior team for all 3 years. During her time there she assisted the team in achieving two city final trophies and one provincial championship. She also was selected to be part of team Alberta for her u15 and u17 year. She has been the head coach of 2 u15 girls spring league teams which both qualified for playoffs in their respective leagues. Haily will be continuing her basketball career next year and be attending the University of Victory in the fall where she hopes to develop her skill enough to eventually play professionally overseas.

Jolene Vileg - I am currently 17 years old and will be starting grade 12 in the fall. I have played on my high school basketball team all three years, and in the spring season for Grant Macewan U17 team. My future plan is to carry on playing basketball at the university level. Fun fact about myself is that I have never seen any of the Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, or Marvel movies. Aimee Wilson – Pandas. I currently play for the University of Alberta Pandas and I am in the Education Faculty with plans to be a teacher. I played on the provincial for three years and had the opportunity to represent my country on the u16 Canadian Women's Cadette National Team in Mexico. I am also a two-time 4A Provincial Champion with the Western Canada Redmen. A fun fact about me is that I volunteer with Athlete's In Action doing outreach basketball clinics.

Kenzie Thera - 16 years old. I have played basketball since grade 5. I started playing with St. Albert Slam until grade nine, coached by Rick! I was a part of team Alberta u14 and u15. I now play at St.Albert Catholic High, but tore my ACL so I did not end up playing my first year of high school ball. My absolute favourite meal of the day is breakfast.

Andrew Cunningham - I am currently a student at Lacombe Composite High School going into my senior year as a grade 12. Basketball has been a huge influence in my household since both my parents played at the University of Alberta, therefore I've been learning the game since I was seven years old. Last year our school basketball team made provincials in Lethbridge and hope to add to that this upcoming year. I did have the chance to play for the Alberta Provincial team program last summer where we traveled to Seattle, Langley and Las Vegas and this spring I played club basketball with the Red Deer Kings club program. Canmore is one of my favorite camps which is why this is my sixth time returning, however it is my first as a coach but I hope to pass on tips and instructions just as all my past coaches have done each year. Something weird about me that doesn't make sense to people is that I put jam and cheese on my toast for a snack. Ivan Ikomey Dikoume - University of Alberta Golden Bears Basketball – I am currently a university student athlete for the University of Alberta, where I am enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts taking Psychology. I graduated from Bishop McNally High school where I won three back to back to back city championships for my school. First time I played basketball was in grade 6 when I moved to Canada from Greece in 2007 and have been playing ever since then.

Kaitlyn Kluttig – Paul Kane Blues - I am 16 years old. I have been playing basketball for five years. I first started playing with St. Albert Slam for 4 years and I have played with Team Alberta for u14 and u15. Currently going into grade 11 and second year of Senior’s with Paul Kane High School. I love to eat anything that incorporates cheese.

Tegan MacKinnon - I am 16 years old and have played basketball since I was in grade 4. Next year I will be going into grade 12 and my third and last year of high school senior basketball, as the point guard position. I’ve played club slam basketball up to grade nine, where I was coached by Rick and I currently still play for Rick on the senior team at Paul Kane. Also this past spring I played for the Grant Macewan U17 spring league team. Last but not least for a fun fact I have been a previous camper at the Rocky Mountain Hoops for multiple years and look forward to my first year of coaching

Brie Burrows - My name is Brie. I played 3 years at Nait as an Ook. I have been coaching the junior girls at Jasper Place High school in Edmonton. For the past 2 years we have been in the city finals. I am now a Physical Education teacher within the Edmonton Public School Board system. I am a vegetarian that loves peanut butter and sugar on bread.

Josiah Thomas - I am currently at Arkansas Tech University going into my sophomore year. I also attended Jasper Place High school for all three years. After high school I went to Combine Academy in Charlotte, North Carolina, were I picked up offers and interest from - NAIA,NCJAA,NCAA D1/2 schools. My current major is Kinesiology. I also played football at Jasper place. Besides basketball I love to hang out with friends and watch movies.

Scarlett Larsen - played basketball throughout her junior high and high school years and has always loved the sport. She has coached the junior girls basketball team at F.R Haythorne in Sherwood Park for the past 2 seasons. Scarlett is currently loving being a grade 5 teacher where she chases after 10 year olds to help keep her active. She spends her summers in Sylvan Lake and her favourite food is salsa. Carter McLenahan - I have been a Rocky Mountain Camper since I was 12 and I'm thrilled to be a coach this year! I'm on the starting lineup for the Lacombe Community High School senior team. Lacombe is currently trying to make a stand in the basketball culture as we won the 4a central zone which has never been done in the 35 years of the school being open. Not only did we win zones we where fortunate enough to take part in provincials this year and was an amazing experience. I am currently going into grade 12 and excited to keep improving the program here in Lacombe. On days off I enjoy cooking and baking.

Darian Mahmi - Started playing basketball in the 9th grade and has loved the sport ever since. Throughout her first two years playing the game she attended Okanagan mission high school in BC. During that time she assisted her team in winning 3rd at provincials and a city finals championship. Finishing up the last two years of her high school career at Archbishop O'Leary were she battled multiple injuries, next year she will be playing basketball at MacEwan University.

Jonah Weyessa – University of Alberta Golden Bears - My name is Jonah Weyessa, from Calgary Alberta. Currently studying engineering at the University of Alberta. I play basketball for the University of Alberta Golden Bears. Basketball is my favourite but I started out with soccer. Fun Facts: Peanut butter and Nutella is the best combination for a sandwich...I don't care what anyone says!

Nathan de Klerk, I played high school in Leduc and post secondary at Grant McEwan. Participated in one provincials in high school and nationals in collage. Played three consecutive years on the Alberta provincial team. I have coached high school boys and girls for the past 12 years. The past two years I have taught and coached at Pigeon Lake School, and have been to two straight 2A provincials and placed third this past year. Which was the first metal or school has ever earned in team sports at provincials. I love working with youth and encouraging them to reach their potential.

Nathan Bowie - I played high school basketball at jasper place for all 3 years. I now currently go to Augustana University and I am going into my second year of business management and economics and 2nd year of eligibility for basketball. Fun fact about me is I like to shoot.

Allison Zimmerman has been working for Rocky Mountain Hoops for 5 years now. She has worked at the Jasper camp every summer and Team Camp since it's first year. Aside from Rocky Mountain, Allison has worked with a variety of basketball teams and programs, from her high school team, to the University of Alberta Bears and even the Edmonton Energy, the semi-pro team in the city. Allison now teaches and coaches at Westmount Junior High, having just completed her third year of teaching and receiving her continuous contract. "Hey my name is Cam Wagensveld, and I play for the Kings University Eagles! Basketball for me started about 11 years ago, playing for the community team in my area in Edmonton called North East Basketball Association (NEBA). I played for NEBA every year until high school where I played for Rick Stanley at Paul Kane High School in St. Albert. After high school I took a year to rehab my shoulder. During the year off, I began a more official coaching career coaching NEBA "A" midget boys, and then also the Paul Kane boys spring league team with Mitch Buffie which was a great experience for me in my basketball journey. Over this past year I got in contact with Matt Barriero who is the head coach at Kings University, and after a few open gyms and some ID camps he offered me a spot on the roster and that is currently where I am playing today. I play the guard position at either the point or the shooting guard, but I am more at home at the shooting guard where I get more opportunity to shoot from behind the 3 point line!"

Nigel Warden - Played for Jasper Place High School then took a scholarship opportunity down in the states to Huntington Prep in West Virginia, as a graduate of 2017 he is now looking forward to making his commitment after narrowing down his options from his 14 offers that he collected. He finally made his decision to commit to the University of Regina and be a Cougar next year.

Ryan Dunkley - As a player, Coach Dunkley was fortunate enough to represent the University of Alberta as team captain, win 2 CIS silver medals and a Canada West Championship, and be selected as a CIS Canada West All star (Alberta Golden Bears 1995-1999) and ACAC All Star (MacEwan 93-95). Since his playing days, Coach Dunkley has been involved in coaching extensively throughout Canada. Coach Dunkley started out at the high school level (M.E.LaZerte) and moved into coaching Alberta provincial teams early in his career. Moving forward, Coach Dunkley has been an ACAC head coach at Grant MacEwan University (ACAC Coach of the Year 2009), and won a 3rd CIS silver medal coaching at the University of Alberta. As an assistant, Coach Dunkley was fortunate enough to learn from the legendary Don Horwood and Canada Basketball's Greg Francis. Additionally, Coach Dunkley was involved with Canada Basketball and the Center for Performance as a head coach. Recently, Coach Dunkley completed his Masters of Education at the University of Victoria. Coach Dunkley is a big supporter of youth sports and proper development of young athletes. He also works as a volunteer community coach for his 3 young children in soccer, basketball and Lacrosse.

Kerri Wagensveld -I am a registered massage therapist with a focus in sport massage. A good standing member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta and the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association. For the last couple years I have been working with the Senior boys basketball team and junior boys football team at Paul Kane High School and with Rocky Mountain Hoops team and summer camps. Providing sport massage and injury management to young athletes. I am also involved with adult athletes at various marathons, triathlons or swimming events. Including the opportunity to work with various team Canada athletes and some Olympic athletes. I am a mom to two sons who have both been actively involved in basketball for many years, so working with Rocky Mountain Hoops was familiar territory to me and I'm grateful for the opportunity. I understand the benefits of massage therapy within my own sport of trail running. This past May, I completed my 1st Ultra Marathon and I have plans for some more running adventures ahead of me. I love what I do and taking care of athletes is truly an honor and a joy. Kaelyn Bryks is a graduate of Archbishop O'Leary High School, where she excelled at many sports including, , basketball and soccer. She is an all around athlete who has begun to excel in the game of basketball. Kaelyn was a member of the Senior Lady Spartans for the last three years, and has won the Most Outstanding Player award for the team for the past two years. She is now moving on and is going to be a member of the NAIT OOKs Women's Basketball team for the 2017- 2018 season.
