How we match up with the competition. Question: My Device isn't listed, does that mean hoopla will not work on it?

Answer: Our app works on the majority of Android devices that are running 4.1x & up, along with IOS devices that are running IOS 8 & up. We always recommend updating the OS on the device to the latest version, for the best possible experience.

Question: What makes a device not be supported by hoopla? Answer: Because of the rapid-moving nature of technology, we must be able to provide the best experience for users as new devices are released. Because the hoopla digital mobile app requires dedicated resources, some older or less-powerful devices are not supported.
