In addition, Night Visions’ diamond-selling single “Radioactive” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Rock chart and won Best Rock Performance at the 2014 Grammy Awards. • Night Vision Imagine Dragons Full Album Itunes Version Download Night Visions
night vision imagine dragons full album itunes version download Night Visions. Purchase and download this album in a wide variety of formats depending on your needs. Buy the album Starting at 13.99€ Historically, there's a progression that bands usually follow before their sound goes full-on arena rock. Things will start small and gritty, and then as the fame and crowds build, the sound changes to match the massiveness of the venues. However, on their debut album, Imagine Dragons buck tradition and swing straight for the cheap seats, doing away with generations of sonic evolution in favor of the huge, arena-made sound of Night Visions. Dramatic and sweeping, the Las Vegas band works in the same vein as pop giants Coldplay, offering up track after track of hooky and emotional midtempo jams. While a move like this might seem overly ambitious for a freshman band, Imagine Dragons are able to pull the sound off, with songs like the already ubiquitous, seemingly soundtrack-ready "It's Time" having no trouble worming their way into whatever part of the brain it is that likes to trap songs against listeners' will. The problem is, while the band's electronically reinforced sound is definitely big, it sometimes feels as though it lacks depth. Despite this, "Every Night" will certainly have some listeners unconsciously reaching for a lighter to wave in the air before they realize what they're doing, and it's exactly these kinds of surface pleasures that we turn to pop music for in the first place. What this means is that even though Imagine Dragons might have skipped a few steps along the way to their arena sound, Night Visions is still an album that, at least for a few minutes at a time, will make everyday life seem just a little bit bigger.

  • Imagine Dragons “
Amanda Molitor ’14: Imagine Dragons, following up on their extremly well received performance at Made in America last summer, returned to the Philadelphia area on March 7th to play a sold out show at the Camden’s Susquehanna Bank Center as part of their US tour in support of their debut album, Night Visions. This alternative pop/rock quartet hailing from Las Vegas formed five years ago and has achieved extreme mainstream success in the past year, during which it has become a Grammy award-winning band which can boast a platinum debut album and three Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping hits: “It’s Time,” “Demons,” and “Radioactive.” These songs play incessantly on almost every radio station; people cannot seem to resist singing along to the catchy (if not cliché) lyrics. The representation of every demographic in the Camden audience is a testament to Imagine Dragons’ popularity with almost all age groups: teenagers, adults, and families with small children filled every seat. This mass appeal can be attributed to the band’s PG-rated lyrics and bouncy rhythms combined with the universally appreciated rock influence and infectious drum beats. The show was not in want of any percussion due to the numerous drums of every size strewn on stage and played by various band members at different times. This is an Imagine Dragons trademark and added an additional layer of originality to the typical rock concert. After Nico Vega and The Naked and Famous opened the show, Imagine Dragons began their 90-minute set with such crowd-pleasers as “Fallen,” “Tiptoe,” “Hear Me,” but the audience immediately showed a powerful response to the distinct handclaps and mandolin riffs of Imagine Dragons’ first single, “It’s Time.” This was followed by “Amsterdam,” featuring a solo by guitarist Wayne “Wing” Sermon.

It’s Time 1 Photograph by Colin Young-Wolff IMAGINE DRAGONS: LIVE FROM THE ARTISTS DEN The historic Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles hosted a performance by this year's biggest break- out rock band, Imagine Dragons, for an explosive episode of Live from the Artists Den. Powered by the intense and athletic stage presence of lead singer Dan Reynolds, the Las Vegas-based band tore through a set full of its dance-inflected, percussion-heavy rock anthems, including the smash singles "It's Time" and "Radioactive." ARTIST BIO Imagine Dragons formed after lead singer Dan Reynolds and guitarist Wayne “Wing” Sermon met in Provo, Utah in 2008. Bassist Ben McKee and drummer Dan Platzman joined shortly thereafter, and the band moved to Reynold’s native Las Vegas, where it recorded and released three EPs – Imagine Dragons, Hell and Silence, and It’s Time – before signing to Interscope Records in 2011. The band’s major label debut, an EP titled Continued Silence, was released in early 2012, and included the band's first Top 40 single, "It's Time." The band's first full-length album, Night Visions followed later that year. The album topped the Billboard Alternative and Rock charts, prompting Billboard to list Imagine Dragons as one of “2012’s Brightest New Stars” and Amazon.com to call the band its “Favorite Rock Artist of 2012.” The hit single, “Radioactive,” shot into the top ten of the Billboard 100 and was dubbed “the biggest rock hit of the year” by Rolling Stone.
