Spread Black Cherry Jam and Chocolate Angel Delight between layers of chocolate sponge for a delicious black forest gateaux.

• 1 packet Chocolate Angel Delight • 1 chocolate , homemade or shop bought • 4 tbsp black cherry jam

1. Make up the Angel Delight as directed on the packet then transfer to the fridge for 15 minutes until chilled. 2. Slice the chocolate sponge cake through the centre. 3. Generously spread black cherry jam over one of the chocolate sponge then place the other sponge cake on top. 4. To decorate spread a layer of Chocolate Angel Delight over the top of the sponge.. Prep: 15 mins

Mix together a sachet of Strawberry Angel Delight, milk, a banana and blueberries in a blender and whizz for 10 seconds to make a delicious smoothie.

• 550ml cold milk • 1 sachet of Sugar Free Strawberry Angel Delight • 1 large banana, peeled and roughly chopped • a handful of blueberries or any fruit of your choice • electric blender • 4 – 6 tall glasses

1. Place the Strawberry Angel Delight into the blender and then pour in the cold milk. 2. Add the banana and blueberries and blend for at least 10 seconds, until the fruit is blended. 3. Serve in tall glasses.

• 2 scoops ice cream • 1 Sachet of Angel Delight, any flavour • 300ml cold Milk • electric blender • 4 tall glasses

1. Place 2 scoops of ice cream into a blender. 2. Add 300ml of milk and sprinkle over a sachet of Angel Delight. 3. Blend until creamy and smooth. 4. Serve in tall glasses.

• For extra fruitiness add half a banana, cut into chunks before whizzing or use any fruit you like. • If using chocolate Angel Delight, use chocolate flavoured ice cream and decorate with some grated chocolate.. Prep: 15 mins

• 1 Chocolate Angel Delight Sachet • 300ml of cold milk • 4 chocolate biscuits • 4 glasses

• Gingernut biscuits work very well with Butterscotch Angel Delight and give an even crunchier texture. • Add a layer of your favourite fruit to the bottom of the glasses for a fruity finish. Prep: 15 mins

• 1 Angel Delight Sachet, any flavour • 300ml or 1/2 Pint of Milk • Ice Lolly Moulds

1. Make Angel Delight as per instructions with 300ml or 1/2 pint of milk. 2. Pour the Angel Delight into ice lolly moulds. 3. Pop into the freezer until frozen.

• Try making a fruity Angel Delight Lolly by making up with fruit juice, raspberry and apple is a great combination. • Add some frozen berries to a strawberry Angel Delight to make a fruity surprise ice lolly... Prep: 15 mins

Make up the Angel Delight and divide between 4 dishes. Chill for 10 mins then add a layer of chocolate flavoured custard and top with sliced bananas.

• 1 Sachet of Butterscotch Angel Delight • 300ml of milk • 300g chocolate custard • 2 large bananas, sliced • 4 sundae dishes

1. Make up Angel Delight as directed on the pack instructions with 300ml of milk. 2. Pour the mixture equally between 4 sundae dishes. Transfer to the fridge and chill for at least 10 minutes 3. Carefully spoon the chocolate custard over the Angel Delight and return to the fridge for 10 minutes or until required. 4. Decorate with a layer of sliced banana before serving.

• Any flavour of Angel Delight works well in this dessert but Strawberry or Raspberry Angel Delight are a great combination with chocolate custard. • Use any fruit that you like to decorate this dessert and for a special occasion sprinkle over some grated chocolate. Prep: 15 mins

1. Divide the raspberries between glasses, reserving 4 for decoration. 2. Make up the Angel Delight as directed, using 300ml of milk 3. Pour the Angel Delight into glasses over the raspberries, transfer to the fridge and allow to set. 4. Decorate with fresh raspberries before serving.

• 2 sachets sugar free jelly, 1 lime and 1 orange • 1 sachet Chocolate Angel Delight • 300ml cold milk • Cling film • 2 trays • Chopping board and knife

1. Make up the jellies as directed on the pack instructions. 2. Line the trays with cling film and pour the each jelly mixture into tray and put in fridge to set for an hour. 3. Once set, turn out onto a chopping board and remove cling film. 4. Cut into thin strips like spaghetti, transfer to a plate. 5. Make up the Angel Delight as directed on the pack with the milk and serve with the jelly spaghetti.

• Hide chocolate spiders or jelly bugs in the chocolate as extra scary surprises Prep: 15 mins

1. Make up the Angel Delight Ice Cream following the instructions on the packet. 2. Pour the mix into a plastic box, seal and freeze until completely frozen (minimum 4 hours). 3. Meanwhile make up the jelly as directed on the pack. 4. Line a tray with cling film and pour the jelly mixture into tray and put in fridge to set for an hour. 5. Once set, turn out onto a chopping board and remove cling film. 6. Cut into thin strips then serve with a scoop of ice cream.

• Why not try using a few different jelly to produce rainbow spaghetti. Prep: 15 mins

• 1 packet Angel Delight, any flavour • 300ml whipping cream • 4 ramekin dishes

1. Make up the Angel Delight as directed on the pack instructions but substitute the milk with whipping cream. 2. Pour into the ramekin dishes then chill in the fridge before serving.

• Decorate with fresh fruits of your choice such as strawberries, raspberries or mango. Prep: 15 mins

• 500ml milk • 1 sachet Chocolate Angel Delight • handful mini marshmallows • milk pan • 4 mugs

1. Place the milk in a small pan and gently bring to the boil. 2. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle over the sachet of Chocolate Angel Delight and whisk until blended. 3. Divide the hot chocolate into four mugs and top with some marshmallows. 4. Serve at once.

• For an extra special hot chocolate try adding a dollop of cream and some grated chocolate. Prep: 15 mins

• 1 x Angel Delight Ice Cream sachet • 2 x slices of (any type)

1. Make up the Angel Delight Ice Cream as directed on the packet. 2. Once the ice cream has been whisked crumble in the cake and stir gently. 3. Pour the mixture into a plastic box, seal and freeze until completely frozen (minimum 4 hours).

• If Angel Delight Ice Cream is not available you can use any vanilla ice cream. • Leftover Christmas will work well crumbled in too. Prep: 15 mins

1. Follow the instructions on the packet to make the Angel Delight Ice Cream. 2. Chop the mints and then gently stir through the ice cream. 3. Pour the ice cream into a plastic box, seal and freeze until completely frozen (minimum of 4 hours). 4. Serve in shot glasses with coffee at the end of your meal.

• You could add a few drops of green colouring when whisking to create a minty green colour. Prep: 15 mins

1. Place the Chocolate Angel Delight, peanut butter and milk into a blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth. 2. Pour into four individual glasses and serve chilled.

• Try adding some fruit to banana works very well. Prep: 15 mins

A in a glass looks amazing and this delicious recipe can be created by placing some crushed biscuits into the bottom of a glass, add a mixture of whipped cream, Chocolate Angel Delight and peanut butter. Then to complete decorate with grated chocolate.

• 4 crushed digestive biscuits, crushed • 1 packet Chocolate Angel Delight • 300ml cold milk • 300ml double cream, whipped • 2 tbsp peanut butter, smooth or crunchy • 4 tablespoons grated chocolate • 4 glasses

1. Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 glasses and press down very lightly with the back of a spoon. 2. Make up the Angel Delight as directed on the pack then gently stir through the whipped cream and peanut butter. 3. Divide equally between the 4 glasses and decorate with some grated chocolate. 4. Chill before serving.

• For a creamier flavour try using mascarpone cheese instead of whipped cream. • For an extra special dessert decorate with a spoonful of thick double cream and some chopped nuts. Prep: 15 mins

This is a great fun recipe for your own Whoopie Pies with Angel Delight for the filling.

• 1 sachet Angel Delight, strawberry or raspberry flavour • 100g caster sugar • 100g softened butter • 2 eggs, lightly beaten • 2 tbsp soured cream • 225g self raising flour • ½ tsp baking powder • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut • Icing sugar to dust

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 2. Make up the Angel Delight as per instructions and chill in the fridge. 3. Beat the sugar and butter until smooth and gradually add in the eggs and then the sour cream. 4. In a different bowl stir together the flour, baking powder and coconut then stir into the butter mixture. 5. Drop 14 large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheets and spread them into 7cm circles. 6. Bake until firm to touch, then remove and allow to cool. 7. Sandwich two sponges together with Angel Delight, repeat with remaining sponges and dust with icing sugar to serve.

• You could try this with chocolate chips in the mixture and chocolate Angel Delight for the filling Prep: 15 mins

• 1 packet Lemon Angel Delight • 300ml natural yogurt

1. Make up the Angel Delight as directed on the pack instructions but substitute the cold milk with natural yogurt. 2. Place in a piping bag with a nozzle and use the Angel Delight to decorate .

• The icing can also be used to sandwich a Victoria sandwich together. • This icing must be eaten on the day that it is made. Prep: 15 mins

• 1 Butterscotch Angel Delight Sachet • 300ml of cold milk • 4 digestive biscuits, crushed • 2 large bananas, peeled and sliced • 4 dessert bowls

1. Divide the crushed biscuits between the bowls. 2. Make up Angel Delight as instructed using 300ml of milk then pour over the biscuit base and transfer to the fridge and allow to set. 3. To finish decorate with sliced banana and serve.

• To prevent the banana from browning sprinkle over some lemon juice. • For a special occasion serve with some whipped cream and chopped nuts. Prep: 15 mins
