John McConnell Director, President & CEO, Victoria Gold Corp. John McConnell’s +35 years of mining experience is mostly in Canada’s northern territories. Andrew Cheatle • CEO Andrew Cheatle (P.Geo., MBA, FGS, ARSM) is an experienced geoscientist, seasoned CEO and director within the mining industry. As a professional geoscientist and graduate of the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London, his 30-plus-years international career has encompassed both the senior and junior mining sectors. Based in London (UK) and Toronto (Canada), he is a sought-after advisor to the minerals industry, specializing in technical assessments, corporate development, and investments. Andrew sits on the Board of Directors at Condor Gold plc and Troilus Gold Corp and also volunteers on the advisory councils of the Development Partner Institute, the Canada- International Finance Corporation Africa Local Economic Development Partnership and as a Director of International Women in Mining. He is passionate about the mining industry’s role in community and national development.

Chris Hinde • Director of Pick and Pen Ltd. Chris Hinde is a mining engineer and the director of Pick and Pen Ltd., a U.K.-based consulting firm he set up in 2018 specializing in mining industry trends. He previously led the metals and mining team at S&P Global Market Intelligence. Chris has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. After qualifying with a 1st in Mining Engineering at Cardiff University and obtaining a Ph.D in rock mechanics, he worked at a gold mine owned by Anglo American in South Africa. He subsequently worked for SRK Consulting and Golder Associates in South Africa and the U.K., before a short period in stock broking. For many years, Chris led the editorial teams at the weekly Mining Journal and monthly Mining Magazine, and was instrumental in establishing the Mines & Money series of conferences.

Nicole Brewster • President and CEO Renforth Resources Inc. Nicole Brewster brings an early career in capital markets and a successful private practice as an exploration contractor, experienced in acquiring and leveraging data to execute targeted exploration within budget for clients. This supported a re-invigoration of Renforth, today with six mineralized assets, including two open pit gold resources on Quebec’s Cadillac Break. In addition to assembling a compelling land package for Renforth, Nicole has signed an LOI to sell the New Alger asset at a profit for shareholders. This transformative first will, upon closing, have Renforth fully funded for the foreseeable future, able to focus on adding value to the rest of the portfolio, specifically the Parbec open pit gold resource, with no additional dilution.

Mark Child • Chairman & CEO, Condor Gold Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. He joined Condor’s Board in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise La India Project and has raised the finance and developed the Project into what it is today. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group, which spun off Charlemagne Capital Limited. Lisa Davis • CEO PearTree Securities Inc. Lisa is the Chief Executive Officer of PearTree Securities Inc., a boutique financing and advisory firm focused on the junior Canadian resource sector. With extensive advisory and business experience in the investment industry including over a decade focused on corporate finance to fund mineral exploration and development projects, Lisa oversees the strategic direction of the firm. Drawing on the in depth knowledge of securities regulation gained while on secondment to the Ontario Securities Commission and as General Counsel for a specialized investment fund business, Lisa is also responsible for the legal and compliance aspects of the firm’s business. While in private practice, Lisa specialized in corporate and securities law with two international law firms including as a partner of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (now Dentons). Lisa is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and has earned her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Lisa is a Director of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) as well as co-chair of the Finance & Taxation Committee of the PDAC. He has extensive expertise in structuring and negotiating complex strategic partnerships and raising capital within the Ivanhoe group of companies for over 10 years. Mr. Hornor previously served as Managing Director for Ivanhoe Capital Corporation and Vice President and then Executive Vice President for Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. for 10 years. During his time at Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., he negotiated project financings for development projects with international banking syndicates, structured strategic alliances and directly negotiated equity capital raises totalling more than $450 million. After arranging a $290 million strategic financing from a Japanese consortium (lead by Itochu Corporation) to fund the Platreef project’s early exploration and development, Mr. Hornor sat as Chairman for Ivanplats Holding SARL (owner of the Platreef project) for over four years.

His career started in Telecommunications where he gained the first-hand experience on the criticality of reliable communications. Dave has since focused on Cloud Technologies, through time at an AWS premier partner and Google Cloud where he was responsible for large-scale enterprise cloud adoption across North America. Through assisting a variety of miners across a range of commodities, Dave has developed a deep understanding of how best to apply digital technologies within mining organizations and the strong belief that mining has a unique opportunity to renew technology infrastructure, connect data systems and enable advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to provide bottom-line improvements to the business.

Peter Mah • Chief Operating Officer, McEwen Mining Inc. Peter Mah is a professional engineer with 30 years of global mining experience spanning gold, diamonds and base metals. Prior to joining McEwen Mining, his roles included chief operating officer and executive vice president of Luna Gold; group executive of Newmont Mining; general manager at De Beers’ Victor mine; mine manager at Newcrest Mining’s Kencana mine, and engineering roles at Goldcorp and Placer Dome. Peter has a track record of building and operating mines, most notably the Kencana underground mine in Indonesia, which produced over 400,000 ounces of gold per year, and the Victor open pit diamond mine in Ontario. He was a director of the Ontario Mining Association, and holds a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in mining and mineral process engineering and a Master’s of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia.

Chandra Majumdar • EY Canada Cyber Threat Management Leader As EY Canada’s Cyber Threat Management Leader, Chandra is responsible for building a cyber threat management practice that offers Managed Threat Detection and Response, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Security Assessments and Adversary Simulation. He has in-depth experience working with clients in the mining sector securing mine sites in North America, Africa, Europe and Asia. Brian McEwen • Vice President Exploration and Development, Golden Arrow Resources Brian McEwen is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of exploration and production experience in open-pit and underground mining projects and operations. Brian has managed numerous projects in Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, and throughout Latin America. His previous roles include more than a decade with MRDI (AMEC Peru), where he was responsible for project management, economic resource and reserve calculations for precious metal and base metal companies worldwide, including BHP, CM Antamina, Teck Resources, Hochschild and Phelps Dodge, among others.

Rob founded Goldcorp Inc. which, during the last 13 years of being its CEO, grew its market cap 160 times and its share price at a compound annual rate of 31%. Rob was awarded the 2001 PDAC Developer of the Year Award, was named Canada’s Most Innovative CEO in 2006 by Canadian Business Magazine, and was inducted into The Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2017. He received the Order of Canada in 2007. Rob and his wife Cheryl, have donated more than $60 million to encourage excellence and innovation in healthcare and education. John Miniotis • CEO. AbraPlata Resource Corp John Miniotis has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. Prior to joining AbraPlata Resource Corp., he was the interim CEO of Aethon Minerals Corp., where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s capital markets and mergers and acquisitions strategy, which culminated in its successful merger with AbraPlata. Prior to joining Aethon, John was the vice president of corporate development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for about $310 million. John was also the senior manager, corporate development and investor relations, at , where he played a key role in successfully executing various acquisitions valued over $2 billion. John holds the designation of chartered financial analyst and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto.

Gary O’Connor • CEO & Director, Moneta Porcupine Mr. Gary O’Connor, is currently CEO and a Director of the Company. He has over 35 years of experience in international mineral exploration and development. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geology, and holds a graduate degree in geology, geophysics and environmental studies from the University of Auckland. Mr. O’Connor was Vice-President of Dundee Resources from 2007 to 2017 where he guided investment decisions with his technical due diligence on 200+ resource projects across all continents and covering gold, diamonds, base metals, bulk commodities and uranium. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. O’Connor was Vice-President, Exploration of Gabriel Resources Ltd. and Vice-President, Exploration of European Goldfields from 2000 to 2003 where he was responsible for the discovery, drill out, scoping and feasibility studies of a number of gold and gold-copper deposits. He was previously District Exploration Manager for Freeport-McMoRan in Papua, Indonesia.

Guido Perez • Head of Business Unit, Pitram – Americas Micromine Guido Perez is a mining technology and innovation executive with over 15 years of experience working in project management and business development. Currently, Guido works at Micromine, a provider of innovative software solutions, as the head of the business unit for Pitram in the Americas region. His work has been focused on the Micromine product Pitram, the most widely used fleet management system in underground mining. Guido has been recognized in the Americas region for his contributions to the growth, territory expansion and account development both within North America and Latin America. He has been the leader for the Pitram underground operations with Fresnillo PLC and improving the performance at its Saucito and Fresnillo mines.
