ADALAJ STEPWELL Adalaj Stepwell or Rudabai Stepwell is a stepwell located in the village of Adalaj, close to Ahmedabad city and in Gandhinagar district in the Indian state of Gujarat, and considered a fine example of Indian architecture work. It was built in 1498 in the memory of Rana Veer Singh, by his wife Queen Rudadevi.

MODHERA SUN TEMPLE The Sun Temple is a dedicated to the solar deity located at Modhera village of Mehsana district, Gujarat, . It is situated on the bank of the river Pushpavati. It was built after 1026-27 CE during the reign of Bhima I of the Chaulukya dynasty.

PATAN - RANI KI VAV During the period of the Chaulukya dynasty or Solanki's of Patan, the stepwell called the Rani ki vav or Ran-ki vav (Queen's step well) was constructed. It is a richly sculptured monument, built by Udaymati in memory of her husband, Bhima I (1022-1063). It was probably completed by Udaymati and Karna after his death. A reference to Udaymati building the monument is in the 'Prabandha-Chintamani' composed by Merutunga Suri in 1304 AD. It was one of the largest and the most sumptuous structures of its type. It became silted up and much of it is not visible, except for some rows of sculptured panels in the circular part of the well. Among its ruins one pillar still stands which is proof of the elegance of its design and an excellent example of this period. A part of the west well is extant from which it appears that the wall had been built of brick and faced with stone. From this wall project vertical bracket in pairs, this supported the galleries of the well shaft proper. This bracketing is arranged in tiers and is richly carved. There is a small gate below the last step of the step well which has a 30 km tunnel (now it has been blocked by stones and mud) which leads to the town of Sidhpur near Patan. It was used as an escape gateway for king who built the step well in the times of defeat. This stepwell is the oldest and the deepest among the 120 other stepwell in Gujarat. The sculpture of Rani ki vav depicting Lord 's avatars, Hindu Goddesses, Jain idols and their ancestors. Most of the sculpture is in devotion to Vishnu, in the forms of his avatars (Krishna, Rama and others), representing their return to the world.

GONDAL - NAULAKHA PALACE The Naulakha Palace, the oldest extant palace in Gondal, India, dating back to the 18th century, with a "sculpted facade" is a part of the Darbargardh fort complex. It is named "Navalakaha" meaning rupees "nine lakhs" which was the cost of building it at that time.

JUNAGADH - MAHABAT MAQBARA Mahabat Maqbara Palace, also Mausoleum of Bahaduddinbhai Hasainbhai, is a mausoleum in Junagadh, India, that was once home to the muslim rulers, the Nawabs of Junagadh. It was built by Nawab Mahabat Khan II of Junagadh.

SOMNATH The Somnath temple located in Prabhas Patan near Junagadh in on the western coast of Gujarat, India is believed to be the first among the twelve jyotirlinga shrines of . It is an important pilgrimage and tourist spot of Gujarat. Breakfast Dinner Day AHMADABAD-MODHERA-PATAN-AHMADABAD This day morning we shall freshen up and shall depart for Patan sightseeing and shall visit Queen’s step well which was build in 1050 AD by the widowed 3 queen of Bhimdev in his memory. The 27 meter deep well is regarded as finest of all step wells in India, then we shall depart for Modhera and visit Modhera Sun temple which was built in 1026 AD and is dedicated to sun god after visiting Modhera sun temple we shall depart for Ahmedabad and if time permits we shall go for shopping at Law garden and night halt in Ahmedabad.

Breakfast Dinner Day AHMADABAD-BARODA Next day morning we shall refresh and depart for Baroda which is 120Km from Ahmedabad and shall check into the hotel refresh and depart for sightseeing 4 and visit Laxmi vilas Palce (Laxmi vilas Palce which was built by Indo-Sarasenic tradition, with an eclectic mix of Indian, Islamic and European elements) , Baroda Museum and Sursagar lake. Later proceed to visit Champaner which has several large and prominent mosques, a testament to its time of glory as the capital of Gujarat during the Mughal region and Pavagadh Archaeological Park. then back to Baroda and night halt in Baroda.

Breakfast Dinner Day BARODA-GONDAL-JUNAGADH Today early morning depart for Junagadh which is around 400Km from Baroda. On the way visit Gondal Naulakha palace and vintage car museum . Later 5 proceed to Junagadh. On arrival visit Majevadi gate and mahabbat maqbara(this stunning mausoleum was built in 1892 during the reign of one of the nawabs of junagadh.) night halt in Junagadh.

Breakfast Dinner Day JUNAGADH-SOMNATH Next day morning we depart for sightseeing like Bahauddin arts and scince collage, juma masjid and Uparkot Fort. Later proceed to Somnath. On arrival visit 6 Somnath Temple and attend evening aarti, later watch light and Sound show. night halt in Somnath.
