Table of Contents Memorials address broad policy issues and are passed by Page synod assemblies for consideration by the Churchwide Assembly. Advisory Determination 18 Synod councils are not authorized to adopt memorials for submission to the Churchwide Assembly. Senator Stanford (Stan) Ecumenical Guests Adelstein Rev. John Tarrant, Bishop, Episcopal Diocese Although born in Sioux City, Iowa, Stan was raised in Rev.
