Havana and Healthcare: Explore Cuba and its Healthcare System conference is co-sponsored by Washington State Pharmacy Association (WSPA). WSPA will be coordinating requests for continuing pharmacy education credits.

ACPE Pharmacy Continuing Education Credit Fee: $215 per person for a total of 16.5 hours of CPE. The fee is in addition to tour and airfare costs.

Steps to Requesting Continuing Education Credit for Participation:

1. Complete the Continuing Education Credit Fee form. Please mail this form, as a separate payment from your tour and airfare deposits, the $215 continuing education credit fee will go to WSPA.

2. Attend designated continuing education credit sessions outlined in the conference schedule then complete and submit official course evaluation forms and CPE documents.

3. All and nurse participants seeking continuing education credit will be given a certificate of attendance that they can submit to state licensing boards for consideration.

4. WSPA will upload pharmacist CE and mail statements of credit to and nurses within 6 weeks of the conference. Pharmacist must supply their NABP e-Profile ID# and date of birth MMDD in order to have their CE uploaded to the CPE Monitor.

Cancellation Policy: Continuing Pharmacy Education reserves the right to cancel any conference when minimum enrollment is not met or for other reasons that prevent WSPA from holding the course. Registrants will be notified. The WSPA is not responsible for any other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or other travel or tour related expenses.
