Covered Wagon Derby 7 Religious Emblems 8 Red Wings Scout Night 8 District News NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING Bay Waters 9 The annual meeting of the Seneca Waterways Council will be held on Monday, May 6th at 5pm at the Burgundy Basin Black Creek 9 Inn in Bushnell’s Basin. The purpose of the annual meeting will be to hear annual reports from various committees and Genesee Crossroads 10 vote on key leadership positions of the Seneca Waterways Council as presented by our Council Nominating Committee. Lighthouse 10 Voting for the annual meeting is open to elected members at large and charter representatives. Voting will take place Mohawk 10 by ballot from 5pm to 6pm followed by the formal program at 6pm. Voting will be presented in a slate format and no Seneca 10 nominations will be accepted from the floor. Nominations to serve in any leadership position can be made to the Chair Towpath 11 of the Council Nominating Committee at 2320 Brighton Henrietta Townline Rd, Rochester, NY 14623. Turning Point 11 After the annual meeting we will serve dinner followed by an awards program which will recognize many of our Exploring West & East 11 distinguished volunteers. The evening will conclude with the presentation of the annual Silver Beaver Awards. Order of the Arrow 12 Tickets for the dinner are $40 per person if reserved by April 1st. Individuals who wish to just come and vote and not attend the later festivities may do so without any fee and do not need to pre-register.
