4. Page 7, Lines 196 through 197: 196 (3) The state or a political subdivision shall permit food preparation on the site of a 197 remote yurt if the food is prepared for a person who is staying overnight at the remote yurt .

5. Page 7, Lines 207 through 208: 207 (iii) located in an area { not zoned for primarily residential use and that does not include 208 residential units with a density greater than one unit per acre } zoned for agricultural and forestry use .

6. Page 7, Line 213 through Page 8, Line 214: 213 (3) The state or a political subdivision shall permit food preparation on the site of a 214 remote yurt if the food is prepared for a person who is staying overnight at the remote yurt .
