Malaysia-China Outlook Forum Raya Carnival Taman Kinding Flora 8 July 2019 with Koperasi Polis Diraja Malaysia Berhad 3 & 4 July 2019

LBS has organized a 2-day Raya Carnival at Dewan PGA Ulu Kinta for Koperasi police members in Perak. The objective of the event is to promote our project development in Chemor, consisting of 346 units single-storey cluster and 10 units single-storey terrace house. About 1,000 police members visited the carnival.

Tan Sri Lim Hock San was invited as one of the speakers during the Malaysia-China Outlook Forum 2019, at Sheraton Hotel, Petaling Jaya, covering the topic of ‘Greater Bay Area (GBA): China’s New Economic Zone’.

GBA refers to the Chinese government’s scheme to link the cities of Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Huizhou, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing into an integrated economic and business hub. To be better positioning along with the GBA, LBS is in the midst of reviewing and further improve the Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC) upgrading and transformation plan.
