Oct. Cross Country Teams Advance to State Meet Hampshire Volleball Ends Season Wilson & Lewis Place Third in Regional Contest Against Musselman at Regionals Derik Walker staff writer

The Lady Trojan varsity volleyball team, coached by Megan Fuller, ended their season with a loss in the Class AAA volleyball playoffs. The Lady Trojans had taken the first set of their sectional championship match at Bridgeport before falling 3-1 to the Indians. They then to Musselman in straight sets in the regional match. The girls started the season strong with a 25-0 win over Keyser; however, they then lost to Mountain Ridge, Frankfort and Bridgeport. The team went on to win two more games before losing to Southern.
