But we're in the early days of the information age, and there are amazing opportunities to support education and research through new and improved information services. I see five main areas of critical advancement for the Library:

First, students, faculty and alumni have access to a vast flood of information—historical and current, text, audio, visual and numeric—at their fingertips, from anywhere at any time.
