Who We Are Island Hospital is a public hospital district (Skagit County Public Hospital District No. 2), comprising boundaries include Fidalgo, Cypress, Guemes and Sinclair islands. We have five publicly elected Commissioners, who govern our hospital district to ensure best practices are fairly enforced, monitor facility upgrades and see to the enhancement of community services.
