226/04/21 Planning: New Applications for comments by Parish Council – Application Ref: 21/02208/FUL Application for: Householder planning permission At: Berrybrook House Crate Lane, Sedgehill. SP7 9JB Proposal: Rear ground floor extension with a flat roof Cllr L Stopford viewed this location and confirmed the extension would be an asset to the property. Cllr Y Barclay reported neighbouring properties should not be affected. No Objections – Proposed by Cllr A Ebbens and seconded by Cllr L Stopford (unanimous).

New Applications – Parish Council discussed comments by emails. Application Ref: 21/62566/TCA Application for: Work to Trees in a Cons Area At: Fernbrook, Semley SP7 9AU Proposal: Willow – Fell. Oak x 2 – approx. 4m reduction to lateral branches of canopy and remove rubbing limbs. No objection – PC made decision by email to meet response date of 24/3/21.

Application Ref: 21/01743/FUL Application for: Full Planning At: Bracken Ridge, Gutch Common. SP7 9BG Proposal: Proposed ground floor extension Cllr D Curless has walked around the area and got a good idea of the site the application is for and consulted with neighbouring residents. Nobody seems to think that this development is 1 going to be a problem and gather that the people making the application had already approached some neighbours to let them know their intentions before submitting it. No objection – PC made decision by email to meet response date of 6/4/21.

227/04/21 Items for Next Agenda: The Chairman raised 2 points that may be required as agenda items. a. Motocross Circuit. Concerns have been raised at a potential Motocross circuit in a field just off the A350 near the water reservoir and opposite the Solar Farm off Wincombe Lane. This location falls within Parish. Action: Clerk to register SSPC’s interest with WC planning department. Action: Clerk to contact Donhead St Mary Parish Council for an update and pass to SSPC Cllrs. b. Sedgehill Pop-Up Campsite. 3 residents from Sedgehill have raised concerns regarding the potential impact from noise, litter and access could cause depending on which field is used for a Pop-Up campsite at Berrybrook Farm, Sedgehill. Action: Cllr L Stopford to contact owner for clarification.

228/04/21 Meeting Dates 2021: Annual Parish Meeting – Monday 17th May 2021 to follow after the Annual PC Meeting. Following a short discussion, residents wishing to attend must confirm in advance to enable social distancing measures to be implemented along with name and contact details for track and trace to meet Covid-19 regulations for Village Hall use. Unfortunately, no refreshment this year. Location to be Semley Village Hall unless demand requires a larger venue. Action: Clerk and Cllr L Oatts to advertise meeting. Full Parish Council meetings: Monday 17th May at Semley Village Hall, commencing 6.30pm Monday 5th July and Monday 1st November 2021 at Sedgehill Village Hall Monday 6th September 2021 at Semley Village Hall Additional Planning meetings (if required): Tuesdays: 1st June, 5th October, 7th December at Sedgehill Village Hall. All meetings commence at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated.
