Sustainable Planning Act 2009 NOTICE OF THE MAKING OF THE YEERONGPILLY TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT STATE PLANNING REGULATORY PROVISION 2014 AND REPEAL OF THE YEERONGPILLY TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVLEOPMENT STATE PLANNING REGULATORY PROVISION 2011 I, the Honourable Jeff Seeney MP, Deputy Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning hereby notify under section 64(1) of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (the Act) that the Yeerongpilly Transit Oriented Development (TOD) State Planning Regulatory Provision 2014 has been made on 23 September 2014 under chapter 2, part 6, division 2 of the Act. I also notify under section 74(3) of the Act that the Yeerongpilly TOD State Planning Regulatory Provision 2011 has been repealed on 23 September 2014 under chapter 2, part 6, division 5 of the Act. I determine that Brisbane City Council is the assessment manager for a development application for development that is made assessable under the Yeerongpilly TOD SPRP 2014, if not otherwise specified under schedule 6 of the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 . The Yeerongpilly TOD SPRP 2014 is available online at www.dsdip.qld.gov.au and may also be inspected at 63 George St, Brisbane.
