PENNDOT: OPENING OF THE GRANT APPLICATION PERIOD FOR THE PENNSYLVANIA VANPOOL INCENTIVE PROGRAM The Department of Transportation announced an opportunity to apply for $1 million that has been made available through the Pennsylvania Vanpool Incentive Program.
