SHRI to move the following Motion:— “That this House concurs in the recommendation of Lok Sabha that Rajya Sabha do appoint two Members to the Joint Committee to Examine Matters Relating to Allocation and Pricing of Telecom Licences and Spectrum in the vacancies caused by the retirement of Shri Tiruchi Siva from the Rajya Sabha and resignation of Dr. E.M. Sudarsana Natchiappan from the JPC and communicate to Lok Sabha the names of the Members so appointed by the Rajya Sabha to the Joint Committee and resolves that Shri P. Bhattacharya and Dr. Ashok S. Ganguly be appointed to the said Joint Committee to fill the vacancies.”

ACHUTHAN SHRI SITARAM YECHURY SHRI PRAKASH JAVADEKAR to move the following motion:— "That this House resolves that in pursuance of Section 48 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident outside India) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2012 published in the Gazette of India vide Notification No. G.S.R. 795 (E), dated the 30th October, 2012 and laid on the Table of the Rajya Sabha on the 13th December, 2012 be modified as follows:— 1. That in Schedule 8, Annex A, after item (h), the item "(i) Multi Brand Retail Trading" be added.

2. That in Schedule 8, Annex B, the entry at Sl. No. 16.5 be deleted. And That this House recommends to Lok Sabha that Lok Sabha do concur on this Motion".
