2. For participating in e-auction, intending bidders have to deposit a refundable EMD of 10% of reserve price by Demand Draft /Pay Order in favour of “Authorised Officer, SBH REGIONAL OFFICE, CHENNAI” payable at Chennai. The intending bidders should submit / send their “E-AUCTION EMD FORM” along with the Demand Draft towards EMD, copy of ID proof and PAN Card to the Branch Manager, SBH Branch where the property is mortgaged. The envelope containing document should be super scribed with “e-auction sale (account id)”. The EMD will not carry any interest.

3. The property “SHALL NOT BE SOLD” below the Reserve Price.

4. The successful bidder should deposit 25% of the bid amount (including EMD) immediately on declaring him as successful bidder, and balance 75% of bid amount within 15 days after the sale date by Demand Draft /Pay Order in favour of “Authorised Officer, SBH REGIONAL OFFICE, CHENNAI” payable at Chennai.

5. In case of default in payment at any stage by the successful bidder/auction purchaser within the stipulated time, the sale will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be forfeited and the property will be again put to sale.

6. The above mentioned borrowers are hereby called upon to pay the outstanding dues as mentioned above with interest @ contracted rate and costs incurred by the undersigned while taking possession of the said assets and thereafter for preservation of the same, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice and get release of the aforesaid assets from the undersigned. In case they fail to pay the aforesaid amount within the said period, the undersigned may be constrained to sell aforesaid assets for realizing the dues and take other measures as deemed fit as per the provisions of the afore said Act and Rules.
