Introduction

oft Newton parish forms part of Welton ward within the district of West Lindsey. The parish T consists of the hamlets of Toft next Newton, Newtoft and Newton by Toft and is situated four miles west of . It is a rural and isolated area with few services provided. Road networks are limited, mostly consisting of B roads.
