Spotlight on the Sugarfoot Stampers the LSDS dancers took first prize in the Lindy Hop team category. 1992 marked the 50th anniversary of the arrival of US troops in the UK and there was a spate of wonderful 40's-theme hangar dances where the group performed, taught , and taxi­ danced the nights away to huge appreciative gatherings.
