• Aguia Resources Ltd: CFO, Paul Bozoki has resigned. • ALE Property Group Ltd: Guy Farrands has officially commenced as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. • Ltd: Chief Commercial Officer, Louise Warner will leave the company for a role with its former takeover suitor Alimentation Couche-Tard as Head of Global Fuels and Trading, based on the US east coast effective early in 2021. General Manager, Trading and Shipping Brent Merrick has been promoted to the new role of Executive General Manager – Commercial. EGM, Joanne Taylor will expand her current role and take on responsibility for the management of the Gull New Zealand business. • ASX Ltd: Director, Peter Warne has retired from the Board after more than 14 years of service. • Aurelia Metals Ltd: Director, Michael Menzies has retired from the Board. • Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd: Janine Allis will become a Non-Executive Director, effective 23 October. • BCI Minerals Ltd: Sam Bonnett will join as Project Director. Tony Chamberlain has been promoted to the new role of Chief Operating Officer. Colyn Louw has been appointed Head of People Safety after acting in this role since earlier in 2020.

• Ltd: Rob Sindel and Deborah O’Toole have been appointed Independent Non-Executive Directors. In addition, Boral has agreed to appoint nominees of Seven Group Holdings, Ryan Stokes and Richard Richards as Non-Executive Directors. • Challenger Ltd: CFO, Andrew Tobin has resigned and will leave the business in March 2021. A search is expected to commence shortly. • Clime Investment Management Ltd: Director, Neil Schafer has been promoted to Chairman replacing Donald McLay. • CSL Ltd: Joy Linton has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. • Elixir Energy Ltd: Anna Sloboda has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. • Evans Dixon Ltd: Tony Pitt has joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director effective 11 November given his commitment 360 Capital Group has shown in acquiring c.20% interest in the company.
