The agreement runs for nine years and binds the two partners to one another exclusively for the term of the agreement. Goal is to provide high-quality facades for the Asian region with a volume of 100 million euros over the next five years. In particular, Neumayr will be responsible for the planning and consultation during the course of the projects. In May 2012 the ultra-modern factory with a production area of 645,000 sq ft will be completed in the vicinity of Guangzhou.     Flüchtlings- und Integrationsberatung im Landkreis Rottal-Inn Mit der Änderung der Bayerischen Integrationsrichtlinie und der Umbenennung der Asylsozialberatung in Flüchtlings- und Integrationsberatung (FIB) wurde die Zielgruppe der Beratung erweitert. Während die Asylsozialberatung ausschließlich für Menschen im Asylverfahren oder mit Duldungsstatus zuständig war, können nun auch EU-MigrantInnen und andere DrittstaatlerInnen ohne Fluchthintergrund die Beratung in Anspruch nehmen. Sie richtet sich nunmehr an Menschen mit Migrations- und Fluchthintergrund in den ersten drei Jahren ihres Aufenthalts in Deutschland und soll dabei behilflich sein, sich in Deutschland zu orientieren und zurecht zu finden. Selbstverständlich ist sie vertraulich, kostenlos und unabhängig von Konfession, Herkunft, Alter, Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung und anderen persönlichen Eigenschaften. Außerdem ist die Beratung nicht mehr rein den Unterkünften zugeordnet. Im Landkreis Rottal-Inn ist die die Flüchtlings- und Integrationsberatung seit November 2019 an den Standorten Pfarrkirchen, Simbach/Inn und Eggenfelden mit jeweils einer Vollzeitstelle vertreten. Gerne können beispielsweise Bürgerbüros Menschen, die in diese Zielgruppe fallen, an die jeweils nächstgelegene Beratungsstelle verweisen. Wir möchten herzlich darum bitten, im Vorhinein unbedingt telefonisch oder per Email einen Beratungstermin für die Person zu vereinbaren. The premium accounts for more than 10% and persists within narrowly defined jobs as well as after controlling for workplace characteristics. In a next step, we provide evidence on substantial regional variation in the share of jobs that can be done from home in Germany. Our analysis reveals a strong, positive relation between the share of jobs with working from home opportunities and the mean worker income in a district. Assuming that jobs with the opportunity of remote work are more crisis proof, our results suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic might affect poorer regions to a greater extent.

This study presents a methodological framework for understanding early modern patronage in which the arts are necessarily viewed as interconnected, and patronage is understood as a complex and often contradictory process that involved all elements of society. First, this study examines the legacy of arts patronage that Albrecht V inherited from his Wittelsbach predecessors and developed during his reign, from 1550-1579. Albrecht V‟s patronage is then divided into three areas: northern princely humanism, traditional religion and sociological propaganda.

Currently, relocation as a mitigation strategy against river floods in Central Europe is rarely applied. FRM needs sufficient preparation and engagement for successful implementation of household relocation. This case study deals with the extreme flood event in June 2016 at the Simbach torrent in Bavaria (Germany). The focus lies on the planning process of structural flood defense measures and the small-scale relocation of 11 households. The adaptive planning process started right after the damaging event and was executed in collaboration with authorities and stakeholders of various levels and disciplines while at the same time including the local citizens. Residents were informed early, and personal communication, as well as trust in actors, enhanced the acceptance of decisions. Although technical knowledge was shared and concerns discussed, resident participation in the planning process was restricted. However, the given pre-conditions were found beneficial. In addition, a compensation payment contributed to a successful process. Thus, the study illustrates a positive image of the implementation of the alleviation scheme. Furthermore, preliminary planning activities and precautionary behavior (e.g., natural hazard insurance) were noted as significant factors to enable effective integrated flood risk management (IFRM).

    ESV Mitterskirchen II Aufsteiger in die Landesliga SÜD Nord Aufstieg für den ESV Mitterskirchen II in die Landesliga – von links Christoph Kreipl, Thomas und Martin Schmuderer sowie Alfons Stadler Bestätigen konnte der ESV Mitterskirchen II die gute Vorstellung aus der Vorrunde auch bei der Entscheidung in der Bezirksoberliga Nord. In der Halle von Waldkraiburg hatten Alfons Stadler, Christoph Kreipl, Thomas und Martin Schmuderer allerdings einen sehr holprigen Start mit 2:4 Punkten aus den ersten drei Begegnungen. Wesentlich gefestigter ging das Quartett in die entscheidenden Partien und legte insbesondere mit einem starten Endspurt 8:2 Punkte aus den letzten fünf Begegnungen den Grundstein zum vielumjubelten Aufstieg in die Landesliga Süd Nord. In der sehr engen Entscheidung behauptete sich schließlich der SV Oberbergkirchen II unter anderem mit Florian Männer aus Massing im Team als Meister mit 35:13 Punkten, Note 1,65, vor dem ESV Waldkraiburg 35:13 Punkte, Note 1,56. Die weiteren Aufstiegsplätze zur Landesliga eroberten sich der ESV Mitterskirchen II 33:15 Punkte Note 1,52 und der TSV Gars am Inn 33:15 Punkte Note 1,49. Nicht weniger als fünf Landkreis Teams folgen auf den ersten Nichtaufstiegsplätzen mit dem SSV Nöham II 31:17, 6. FC Egglham II 30:18, 7. EC Julbach 28:20, 8. TSV Gangkofen, 9.     ROOTED IN THE DARK OF THE EARTH: BAVARIA’S PEASANT-FARMERS AND THE PROFIT OF A MANUFACTURED PARADISE by MICHAEL F. HOWELL (Under the Direction of John H. Morrow, Jr.) ABSTRACT Pre-modern, agrarian communities typified Bavaria until the late-19th century. Technological innovations, the railroad being perhaps the most important, offered new possibilities for a people who had for generations identified themselves in part through their local communities and also by their labor and status as independent peasant-farmers. These exciting changes, however, increasingly undermined traditional identities with self and community through agricultural labor. In other words, by changing how or what they farmed to increasingly meet the needs of urban markets, Bavarian peasant-farmers also changed the way that they viewed the land and ultimately, how they viewed themselves ― and one another. Nineteenth- century Bavarian peasant-farmers and their changing relationship with urban markets therefore serve as a case study for the earth-shattering dangers that possibly follow when modern societies (and individuals) lose their sense of community by sacrificing their relationship with the land.
