Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone was founded in 1988, and it became one of

Changsha Customs
Changsha Customs is a government agency and was established in 18, Nov, 2014. At present we have 58 customs guards, managing all arrivals in and departures from the customs territory of to three cities including Changsha, Yiyang and Huaihua.
