Payment method 1. Instant PPS Please login to OUHK’s student portal and follow the corresponding steps under “My Programme > Student Financial > ePayment Platform” to settle the outstanding amount through your PPS account.

2. Online credit card (Visa / MasterCard / UnionPay) Please login to OUHK’s student portal and follow the corresponding steps under “My Programme > Student Financial > ePayment Platform” to settle the outstanding amount through your credit card (Visa / MasterCard / UnionPay).

3. ICBC cross border e-payment service Please login to OUHK’s student portal and follow the corresponding steps under “My Programme > Student Financial > ePayment Platform” to get the bill payment information.

Please login to ICBC website (http://fee.icbc.com.cn/) and select 跨境缴费. You have to fill-in the following information generated from ePayment Platform:-  学生编号/档案编号  学生姓名  账单类别  账单组别  账单编号  缴费金额（HKD)

4. Internet banking bill payment service You can request a physical debit note in OUHK’s student portal. Then you can settle debit note via internet banking bill payment service of the following banks.

The steps may be varied from banks but the main steps are list below:-  Login to Internet Banking  Select “Bill Payment”  Add “New Merchant”  Select “Education Institution” or “Post-secondary or Specialized Education” under Category  Select “The Open University of Hong Kong” as merchant  Select “01” for tuition fee  Input 17-digit tuition fee PPS payment number as Bill Payee Account Number  Select payment account (e.g. current / saving / credit card etc)  Enter total amount on the debit note  Enter the pay on date  Print or save the confirmation page with reference number as a proof of payment

5. PPS by phone You can request a physical debit note in OUHK’s student portal. Then you can settle debit note via PPS by phone.

 Register as PPS user  Dial 18011 (English) / 18013 () for bill registration  Dial 18031 (English) / 18033 (Cantonese) to make payment  Enter merchant code [9112]  Enter 17-digit tuition fee PPS payment number  Enter payment amount on the debit note

6. PPS by internet You can request a physical debit note in OUHK’s student portal. Then you can settle debit note via PPS by internet.

 Register as PPS user  Visit http://www.ppshk.com  Register the bill  Enter merchant code [9112]  Enter 17-digit tuition fee PPS payment number  Enter payment amount on the debit note

7. Bank of China Counter  Payment can be made via counter at any branch of Bank of China using the physical debit note requested from OUHK’s student portal.  After payment is made, please check whether the 15-digit reference number printed on the customer copy is correct. If it is incorrect, please ask the teller to amend immediately. Please keep the debit note (customer copy) as a proof of payment.

8. Interest free tuition fee loan provided by CMB Wing Lung Bank  Students with OUHK Master Card (Affinity card issued by CMB Wing Lung Bank) can apply an interest free tuition fee loan to be repaid by six or ten installments.  Click here for details.
