(Extract from Government Gazette, dated the 25th November, 1974) TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING DEPARTMENT Notification The 16th October, 1974 No 4463- 2 TCP74- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (I) of section 4 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to declare the area around the Municipal Town of as specified in the schedules given below and shown in the plan appended hereto be a controlled area for the purposes of the said Act, namely:- SEHEDULES North – East:- Starting from a point formed by the intersection of south- eastern boundary of Rewari –Jhajjar Road and village boundary of village viz. ‘A’ thence south – eastwards along village boundary of the said village and village Gokalgarh, thence along the north-eastern boundary of the revenue rasta joining villages namely Nayagaon, , Bhagwanpur and Chaterpuri and thence along the north- eastern village boundary of villages Phederi, and up to a point ‘B’ where it meets north eastern boundary of Rewari –Delhi road. South – East:- Thence crossing the Delhi – Rewari road towards south- west along the south-eastern village boundary of villages Baliar Khurd, Baliar Kalan, , Fatehpuri pipa, Mulahawas and Ladhuwas- Gujar, thence along the northern boundary of Delhi Jaipur National Highway upto a point ‘C’ where it meets the village boundary of village Kasula. South- West :- Thence towards north west along south western village boundary of villages namely, Kasula, Lalpur, Dawana, Dhamlaka, Devlawas, Gujjiwas Bithwana, Jatuwas, Daliaki and Hussinpur upto a point ’D’ where it meets southern boundary of Rewari- Narnaul road. North- West :- Thence towards north –east along north western village boundary of village Sharanwas, thence along the north western boundary of revenue rasta joining villages, namely, Khargwas and Dhoki, thence crossing the Rewari –Jhajjar road to meet its south eastern boundary and thence along south- east boundaries of Rewari – Jhajjar road up to point of start viz point,’A’. No. CCP(NCR)/RWR(ACA-II)A/2007/424.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Punjab Scheduled roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act. No, 41 of 1963), the Government of Haryana hereby declares the area within a distance of eight kilometers around Municipal Committee Rewari, as specified in the Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto, to be an additional controlled area for the purpose of the said Act, namely:

North: Starting from point “A” , which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Thothwalka (Hadbast No. 139), village Dinalampur (Hadbast No. 140) and village Bhandor (Hadbast No. 59), towards East along the northern revenue boundary of village Dinalampur (Hadbast No. 140) upto point ‘B’ where it meets the boundary of controlled area already declared vide Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification no. 4463-2TCP/74, dated the 16th October, 1974, published on 5th November, 1974 at junction of boundaries of village Thothwalka (Hadbast No. 139), village Daliaki (Hadbast No. 133) and village Asaka-- Akabarpur (Hadbast No. 144, 145, 146), thence towards South- East and North-East along the boundary of already delared said controlled area upto point ‘C’ i.e. the tri-junction of boundaries of village Phadni (Hadbast No. 201), Jonawas (Hadbast No. 197) and Baliar Khurd (Hadbast No. 200) at boundary of already declared said controlled area, thence towards east along the northern boundaries of village Jonawas (Hadbast No. 197) and village (Hadbast No. 196) upto point ‘D’ i.e. the junction of rectangle no.28 of village Masani (Hadbast No. 196) and 27, 28 of village (Hadbast No. 283).

East: Thence from point ‘D’ towards south along eastern boundary of rectangle No. 28, 31 and 37 of village Masani (Hadbast No. 196), rectangle No. 13 of village (Hadbast No. 194), rectangle No. 15 and 20 of village Rasgon (Hadbast No. 195), rectangle No. 28 and 33 of village Dungerwas (Hadbast No. 194) and rectangle no. 2, 7, 16 and 20 of village Nikhari (Hadbast No. 193) upto junction of rectangle No. 19, 20, 30 and 31 of village Nikhari (Hadbast No. 193), thence towards West along the Southern boundaries of rectangle No. 20, 21 and 22 of village Nikhari (Hadbast No. 193) upto the junction of rectangle no. 22, 23, 27 and 28 of village Nikhari (Hadbast No. 193), thence towards south along eastern boundaries of rectangle no. 27, 35 and 37 of village Nikhari (Hadbast No. 193) and rectangle No. 3 of village Niganiawas (Hadbast No. 192) upto the junction of rectangle No. 3, 8 and 9 of village Niganiawas (Hadbast No. 192), thence towards west along southern boundaries of rectangle No. 3, 4 and 5 of village Niganiawas (Hadbast No. 192) upto the point where it meets the boundary of village Khijuri (Hadbast No. 190), thence towards south-west along the south-east boundaries of village Khijuri (Hadbast No. 190), Majri Duda (Hadbast No. 188) Ladhuwas (Hadbast No. 187), Bhudla (Hadbast No. 186), Salawas (Hadbast No. 139), Kasola (Hadbast No. 167) and Bakhapur (Hadbast No. 162) upto point ‘E’ where it meets the boundary of controlled area already declared around vide Haryana Government. South: Thence from point ‘E’ towards west along the boundary of already declared said controlled area around Municipal town Bawal upto point ‘F’ where it meets the rectangle No. 164 of village Asaka-Bharawas-Akabarpur (Hadbast No. 144, 145, 146).

West:Thence from point ‘F’ towards west along the south-west boundary of village Asaka-Bharawas-Akabarpur (Hadbast No. 144, 145, 146) and along southern boundary of village Kharkhara Bheema (Hadbast No. 142) and then again along the southern boundary of village Asaka-Bharawas-Akabarpur (Hadbast No. 144, 145, 146) up to point ‘G’, i.e. south-east corner of rectangle No. 38 of village Goliaka (Hadbast No. 58). Thence towards north along western boundary of village Asaka- Bharawas-Akabarpur (Hadbast No. 144, 145, 146), (Hadbast No. 141), and Dinalampur (Hadbast No. 140), upto point ‘A’ i.e. the point of start.
