ADDENDUM ONE

1. In the past we have quoted Leviton Cabling as the district cabling solution for add-on drops. Is this acceptable? Leviton cabling is acceptable.

2. Sharyland HS  You are requesting a 5508 controller with 250 licenses….there is a newer model of controller that has the capability of 1 gig and 10 gig and will scale to larger qtys (5520).would you like to change to the newer model? See attached. Jensen Elementary  Do you need any optics for the VS-S720-10G? See attached  What OS would you like quoted with the VS-S720-10G? See attached Garza Elementary  Cisco no longer sales POE modules for the 6500 family of switches. Is there another switch / module that you would like quoted? If POE is needed I would choose from the following: 3850, 3650, or 2960X. Please disregard.

3. Are you guys looking to keep the circuit to Region One? We are removing circuit to Region One

4. Are you asking for transport and IA combined? Transport will be needed for IA.

5. The RFP lists VS-S720-10G which has gone end of sale and replaced with VS-S2T-10G=. This would mean you’d need to have an E-Series 6500, which isn’t specifically noted anywhere. But your request for CON-SNT-WS-C6513 would indicate you probably don’t have an E Series Chassis. The WS-X6148A-GE-45AF has also gone end of sale and has no replacement for this 6500 series chassis. See Attached.

6. Clarification in regards to installations of the UPS/Battery Backup. The 470 lists “No” for UPS/Battery Backup installation, yet the RFP calls for installation on the UPS/Battery Backup on all sites besides Sharyland High School. No installation required.

7. Can you please provide the estimated cost for the Network Infrastructure and Telecommunications? The District does not have an estimated cost.

8. Can you tell me if the anticipated cost for the Network Infrastructure and Telecommunications is expected to be over or under $50K? Over 50k

9. Are the WAN CONNECTIONS and INTERNET ACCESS services listed on page 32 currently under contract, and if so what is the expiration date? Yes - June 30, 2018
