MIDDLE SCHOOL Our first F3 of the school year will be on Friday, September 23, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the gym of St. Mary’s School. WOUNDED WARRIOR CAREGIVERS 5K SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2016 — 9 A.M.

Knights of Columbus Fitzgerald Council #459 and Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Kavanaugh #54 of St. Mary’s in Alexandria are hosting a 5K run to benefit Operation Homefront in support of Wounded Warrior Caregivers to provide much needed funding to that community. Operation Homefront provides emergency financial and other assistance to families of service members and wounded warriors.

Where: Cameron Run Regional Park, Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria Course: Certified 5K course, out and back on Cameron Run trail and Ben Brenman Park

Registration: $30 early registration (until September 24); $35 race week (September 25-30); $40 on race day (October 1). Friday packet pick-up at Pacers Running Store, 1301 King Street, Alexandria. Race day packet pick-up begins at 7 a.m. at the race site.
