BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, maybe. I feel like all BROOKE HENDERSON: Unfortunately, I had to withdraw hockey players that turn to golf usually hit it pretty far, so, in San Francisco, which wasn't very nice. I'm just excited to tee it up on Thursday and hopefully get four solid rounds together. Q. The Olympic team is being named after this week. You're locked in for a trip to the Olympics. What does Q. Sei Young mentioned how cool it is when she it mean to you to be able to represent on the pulled in and saw her face up there. I'm not sure how familiar you were with it before you came here, but what do you think is This year will be very different, a lot more strict, as it should going to be the key to success for you this week on be for COVID purposes, but I'm definitely honored to go this challenging golf course? and be with Alena Sharp and represent Canada and hopefully this time play a little bit better, and hopefully one BROOKE HENDERSON: It always comes down to short of us or both walks away with a medal. game on the weekend, but to put myself in good positions, it will be ball striking. Put in a little bit of work this with everything that's been rolling out over the next afternoon on the range and again tomorrow. Hopefully, my few weeks. How do you see that program helping you ball striking is right where it needs to be, where I can hit a as you get to put more hard numbers and hard data lot of fairways, hit a lot of greens, and when the birdie putts points onto your game? are there, hopefully I can capitalize.

109110-1-1182 2021-06-22 20:22:00 GMT Page 2 of 3 Q. The first week for range finders, how do you feel about those? And then the second question is green reading books. The PGA TOUR is voting to ban them. Are you a fan? Would you like to see the LPGA follow?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, the range finders is very interesting. I feel like it will be a lot easier out there to calculate numbers and maybe a little bit more confidence because you know for sure that the number is right. It will definitely be a big adjustment come Thursday just because you're not used to that. I think moving forward it will be a good thing.

And the green books, I understand why a lot of players don't agree with them and why the PGA TOUR is possibly banning it next year. At the same time, I use one, so I really like it. I feel like, yes, it is definitely an advantage, just like range finders are, but I feel like they've been in play now for a few years and it seems to be okay. So that one I hope that the LPGA doesn't ban.

Q. What do you think is the most challenging part of this golf course with the aspect, anything about the golf course?

BROOKE HENDERSON: With any major championship, you hit a tough shot, you're going to be in a tough position, and you're going to struggle to make . Yeah, just like any major, you've got to hit it well to succeed, but here if you get short-sided, if you try to cut corners, it could end badly. You have to stick to the high side and the correct sides of each fairway and greens as well.
