TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE — The last time they met he was a young man, focused and lean, part of a precision team. After three decades they were once again reunited. Aircraft from across the Air Force and the country gathered at Tyndall Air Force Base for the 2017 Gulf Coast Salute open house and air show April 22 and 23. The goal of the Gulf Coast Salute was to celebrate 70 years of Airmen breaking barriers and to thank the local community for 75 years of support to Tyndall.
