NORMAN – University of Oklahoma alumnus, Tulsa native and New York City artist Joe OKC man arrested after Andoe will present a public lecture Tuesday about his OU experiences, his move to the Big admitting to throwing 3-month- old boy at wall Apple and his overall body of work.
