Harley Ellis Devereaux Corporation announces elections of principals, associates

DETROIT (February 11, 2008) – Harley Ellis Devereaux announces its newest principals and associates, effective January 1, 2008.

Corporate chairman and CEO Dennis King, FAIA, made the announcement and congratulated the individuals on their outstanding leadership as they take on their expanded roles and responsibilities in the New Year.

The five members elected as principals are: Daniel Benjamin, AIA, LEED AP, architectural design, Benjamin earned a bachelor in from the University of Southern California’s School of Architecture and Fine Arts. He leads the design studio in the west region. Notable projects include the Sol Center at California State University, Northridge, the City of San Marino Library and the City of Chula Vista Library. Benjamin resides in Los Angeles.

Thomas C. Brockway, PE, project management, Brockway holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from State University. He joined the firm in 2000 and has more than 29 years experience in project management, engineering, and administration. Major projects have included extensive work on the campuses of Wayne State University and the . Brockway lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan.

James Corsiglia, PE, structural engineering, Detroit Corsiglia holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University. He joined the firm in 2000 and was the first member of the structural engineering discipline to be awarded the classification of Model Law Structural Engineer by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). Corsiglia resides in Clarkston, Michigan.

Steven M. Dailey, PE, mechanical engineering, Detroit Dailey earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lawrence Technological University. He joined the firm in 1984. Notable projects include the Hertzberg-Davis Forensic Center in Los Angeles, the William Beaumont Hospital, South Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, and the Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry building at Kettering University. Dailey resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan.

Kirk Pesta, PE, mechanical engineering, Detroit Pesta holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oakland University. His primary focus is advising clients on mechanical systems and ensuring their successful implementation. He joined the firm in 2005. Major projects include the William Beaumont Hospital Heart Center and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Clinical Addition in Ann Arbor, MI. Pesta resides in Clarkston, Michigan.
