That makes for confident kids today, and engaged adults tomorrow. Providing your child with a great place to have fun and make friends through activities that inspire physical and mental growth, teamwork and imagination is second only to child safety.

Early Education Center (Ages 6 weeks to 6 years) The YMCA offers a structured learning environment that provides a strong emphasis on curriculum, which enhances all areas of child development. Our high quality programs are complemented with extension activities making use of the pool, aerobic and dance studios, gym and other spaces within our YMCA. This includes swim lessons, creative movement, gym class, art, science and music for all children enrolled.

Creation Station (Ages 3-5) Our licensed, 2.5 hour preschool age program is held at the Nashua YMCA. From 9:30am-12:00pm your child will participate in programming with qualified, nurturing staff members, creating an environment that will support each child’s social, emotional and cognitive growth and development. Children will join in literacy learning, science, math, nutrition and physical education! Children must be potty trained. Please pack a nut free snack for each class. School’s Out (Ages 5-16: Nashua 5-16; Merrimack 6-12) With a focus on health, social growth and academic enhancement, the School’s Out program serves Kindergarten through 6th graders with a variety of programmatic and activity options to explore and develop their interests and talents).

Kid’s Stop Babysitting (Ages 6 weeks to 12 years) The Kid’s Stop is where kids go to have fun while their parents work out or swim in our facilities. This courtesy service is FREE with family memberships and is located inside all three of our YMCA branches: Merrimack, Nashua and Westwood Park. Parent/guardian must remain in the facility for the entire time the child is in Kid’s Stop. Reservations are required for children younger than 12 months.

Y Players is our new Performance Theater Group for kids 8-16. Our upcoming production will be Peter Pan. The play will be performed in June at our Camp Sargent Amphitheater.
