The highly anticipated white truffle season makes autumn a time of culinary celebration. Elegant, nuanced and delicate, white truffles entice epicureans year after year as eminent chefs showcase the prized delicacy in all its glory. At Gaddi’s, Chef Albin Gobil has curated an exceptional selection of refined French dishes inspired by the earthy delights of the white truffle, “the white diamond of the kitchen”. Flown directly from our premium suppliers in Alba, Italy, Gaddi’s white truffles have been hand-selected for their tempting aroma and inimitable depth of flavour.

Chef Gobil’s five-course white truffle menu takes guests on an gastronomic adventure that pairs the rare treasure with a medley of gourmet ingredients. Enjoy a harmonious union of white truffles atop a rich and creamy Veal terrine with sweet onions, pistachio and foie gras before savouring Brittany lobster paired with gnocchi, bacon and comté cheese – with the succulent sweetness of the lobster embellished by delicately shaved white truffles. Sea bass with rocket, hazelnuts and seasonal mushrooms is a light delight crowned with “white diamonds”, while the indulgent Bresse chicken supreme with albufera sauce, celeriac and Parmesan cheese is a show-stopping menu highlight. Chef Gobil’s vanilla and truffle ice cream with white chocolate tube, rice mousse and chestnut coulis elevates the dessert course to a new level of dreaminess.
