Tickets for each concert sold out well in advance. The “Bravos!” continued as our new season launched on Saturday, December 20 and Sunday, December 21 with the Kathy Kosins Trio at the -Turkel home in Palmer Woods. The series continued with the Mardi Gras celebration with the Taslimah Bey Ragtime Band on January 24, and the African World Music concert with the Senegalese kora master, Griot Mady Kouyate and his trio on February 7. Tickets are going quickly for the next concert — jazz featuring Detroit’s Jazz Laureate trumpeter Marcus Belgrave with violinist/guitarist Michéle Ramo. There are four more concerts in the series, which will be held in various Palmer Woods homes, and a dinner dance with music at the .
