Anti-VAMP1 monoclonal antibody, clone TQ22 (DCABH-2273) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Overview Mouse monoclonal to Synaptobrevin
Antigen Description Synaptobrevins are highly conserved between vertebrates and invertebrates. It is a major constituent of synaptic vesicles and peptidergic secretory granules in all neurons examined so far. In addition, it is present on secretory granules of neuroendocrine cells. Synaptobrevins, Syntaxins, and the 25 kDa synaptosomal associated protein SNAP25 are the main components of a protein complex involved in the docking and/or fusion of synaptic vesicles with the presynaptic membrane.
Specificity This antibody reacts with native, denatured and recombinant synaptic vesicle protein Synaptobrevin (aa 1-118).
Immunogen The details of the immunogen for this antibody are not available.
