The World Gymnaestrada 2015, , 12-18 July 2015

The World Gymnaestrada 2015 Helsinki (WG2015) is a seven days lasting gymnastics festival. There will be ca. 21’000 participants from 52 different countries. The World Gymnaestrada is held for the first time in Finland, and is in terms of international participants the largest event ever held in Finland.

Approximately 4‘000 Swiss nationals are expected to participate at the WG2015 -event. The Swiss delegation is the second biggest delegation participating at World Gymnaestrada 2015 after the delegation of the host country Finland.

National Evenings of Switzerland are organized on Mon July 13, 2015 at 18.00-19.30 and 21.00- 22.30 in the Helsinki Ice Hall. The Swiss show is a mixture of gymnastics, acrobatics and dance performances with musical and media show elements rounded-up with fascinating light effects.
