For those who prefer a less formal, but no less fun, atmosphere, the free outdoor Winter in Venice New Year’s Eve Countdown might be for you. Ringing in the New Year, the countdown will present a series of exhilarating performances and an impressive and innovative take on the traditional New Year’s Eve countdown by using the 3-D mapping technology from the ever popular Winter in Venice. When the countdown reaches zero a magnificent pyrotechnic display will light up the night sky. Light up 2015 New Year’s Eve Gala to ring in 2015 in style For those who like to dress up and celebrate in style, The Venetian Macao’s New Year’s Eve Gala is the place to be in Macao to welcome the New Year.

The New Year’s Eve gala will be held in The Venetian Ballroom and the theme will be Light Up 2015. It will offer a mouth-watering four-course meal, musical performances from world- renowned musicians and a party atmosphere you will not find anywhere else in Macao. The sumptuous meal will include lobster, foie gras and wagyu beef, while the entertainment will come from half a dozen different entertainment acts, headlined by legendary hitmakers and Grammy winners KC and the Sunshine Band, who are famous for their hits “Get Down Tonight,” “That’s The Way (I Like It)” and “Shake Your Booty,”. Joining them will be 2013 Cotai Jazz & Blues festival finalists Andy Frasco and the UN.

Zhang Bichen, winner of Season 3 of “The Voice of China” and Mo Haijing, a contestant from the same season and of the show’s theme song, will also keep revelers entertained as they perform live in the ballroom. A live feed will then display the countdown to 2015 from The Venetian Macao’s outdoor area that will include a pyrotechnic display and a lucky draw that will see guests win amazing prizes such as hotel accommodation, spa treatment, vouchers for dining and shopping.

End the Year with a Bang at the Winter in Venice New Year’s Eve Countdown Catering to everyone who would like to see 2014 off with a bang, The Venetian Macao is offering a free outdoor countdown celebration. Winter in Venice New Year’s Eve Countdown will take place at the outdoor area of The Venetian Macao where the signature winter extravaganza “Winter in Venice” is currently taking place.

From 8:30p.m., Dec. 31, 2014, an array of dancers, the acrobatic performers of Kinetix and streetmosphere actors will delight visitors as midnight approaches. Live bands such as Andy Frasco and the UN will entertain the crowds with their lively blues rock tunes, and an LED drum show is sure to delight everyone.

The dazzling 3-D light and sound spectacular “Seasons of Wonder” will project images onto The Venetian Macao’s 43,000-square-feet façade every hour from 6 to 10 p.m. and for the last 5 minutes of 2014 the whole façade will become a countdown clock so everyone can count down together, before a pyrotechnic display welcomes 2015 with a bang.

Everyone who attends spends the last night of 2014 at the Winter in Venice New Year’s Eve Countdown at The Venetian Macao will also have the chance to receive some free festive goodies, including earmuffs, glow sticks and special 2015 LED glasses. “Our Dreams” 2015 The Voice of China New Year's Eve Live Concert in Macao The Venetian Macao has successfully staged countdown concerts for music lovers in Macao since 2012, and this year will be no different. The Venetian Macao is proud to bring China’s highest-rated TV show “The Voice of China” back to The Venetian Macao with “Our Dreams” 2015 The Voice of China New Year's Eve Live Concert in Macao. The concert will take for form of a friendly singing competition between contestants from “The Voice of China” and “Sing My Song”.

The show at the Cotai Arena will be one of a pair of concerts that will both be broadcast as part of Dragon TV’s New Year’s Eve programme. In the four-hour show on Dec. 31, 2014, two celebrity singers, Yang Kung and Zheng Jun, will serve as judges and mentors and lead 18 singers from “The Voice of China” Season 3 to compete with 4 singers from “Sing My Song” and bring the audience a night filled with the best voices of China. All singers will be on stage to celebrate the New Year with everyone in the concert venue.
