Four students, Chyanne Lesher, Esmeralda Klahr, Riley Ecker, and Eileen Deisemann, traveled to three of the elementary school student of the month assemblies. While there, they spoke to the younger students of the Mini-Thon and what it is for. They also taught them a chant while down there to excite the students for Mini-Thon. The students had a fun time participating in the chant as well as learning that going to this event will help other children in need. On another day, four other students, Hannah Schreffler, Esmeralda Klahr, Avery Werley, and Eileen Deisemann walked down to the middle school and spoke to those students about the opportunity to go to Mini-Thon. Those students also seemed very excited to learn about this opportunity. Even the lunch ladies were chanting with the students as the high school ladies taught it to them.
