Prosser also was named the Patriot 2019-20 Lehigh 7-3 0-0 League Defensive Player of the Year, becoming the first player in League history to earn both awards in the same TOTAL 25 seasons 389-336 190-158 season. Troyan has also coached three PL Scholar Athlete of the Year award recipients including Anne Tierney (2001 and 2002) and Lexi Martins (2016).

Prior to her latest coaching endeavor, Troyan served five years as an assistant basketball coach and two years as the Director of Athletic Program Budgets. In her first two years at Lehigh she served as a graduate assistant, before becoming Lehigh’s first full-time women’s basketball assistant coach.

A 1988 graduate of Dickinson College, Troyan received her B.A. in Economics. She received her M.B.A. from Lehigh in 1991.

At Dickinson, Troyan was a four-year athlete in both basketball and track. On the court, Troyan was voted the team’s most valuable player following the 1988 season. She was named to the Middle Atlantic Conference First Team and Second Team All-ECAC in her senior season. Troyan was a three-time All-American in track.

Sue and her husband Fran – Lehigh’s head softball coach – reside in Saucon Valley, Pa. with their daughter Katie, and sons David and Matthew.

The 2019-20 season marks Glenn Rigney’s 16th season as the Mountain Hawks’ defensive coach and his 13th season as the associate head coach.

Rigney helped lead the Mountain Hawks to their first Patriot League Championship game since 2010 during the 2014-15 season and helped mentor Lehigh’s four All-Patriot League honorees.

The Mountain Hawks led the Patriot League in steals per game, averaging 8.3 per contest, during the 2013-14 season.Under Rigney’s guidance in 2012-13, the Mountain Hawks ranked near the top of almost all defensive statistical measures across the Patriot League board. Lehigh ranked second in the league in field goal percentage defense, holding opponents to 35.4%. In 2010-11 under Rigney, Lehigh ranked first in the league in steals at nine per game. Addie Micir - Associate Head Coach The 2019-20 season is Micir’s first on Lehigh’s coaching staff and as associate head coach.

Last season, Micir served as an assistant on her alma mater Princeton where she helped lead the Tigers to a 22-10 overall, 12-2 Ivy League record en route to its second straight league title. She helped develop , the 2018-19 Ivy League Player of the Year and First Team All-Ivy selection. Prior to her coaching stint at Princeton, Micir was assistant basketball coach at Dartmouth for five seasons. She recruited nationally and internationally, helping bring in players from 14 different states and three foreign countries.

She was a 1,000-point scorer at Princeton, a three-time All-League selection and the pro- gram’s first Unanimous Ivy League Player of the Year during the 2010-11 season. Micir led the Tigers to back-to-back Ivy League crowns in 2010 and 2011, including Princeton’s first outright title in 2010 since 1978.

Bernadette Devaney - Assistant Coach

Bernadette “Bernie” Devaney enters her first season as assistant coach at Lehigh after serving last season as the Director of Basketball Operations.

On the Mountain Hawks, she appeared in 111 games over four seasons from 2014-18, aver- aging 4.5 points, 0.8 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game. As a senior in 2017-18, she averaged career-highs of 6.5 points, 1.3 assists, and 1.1 rebounds in 18.5 minutes per game. She ranked second on the team by shooting 37.8 percent from three-point range and 82.4 percent from the free throw line. She scored a career-high 20 points on two occasions, going 6-of-9 overall and 6-of-8 from three-point range vs. Mount St. Mary’s (11/29/17), and scored 20 again vs. Loyola (2/21/18) with a 7-of-10 shooting performance.

Devaney graduated from Lehigh with a bachelor’s degree in management in May 2018.

Cecily Carl - Director of Basketball Operations Cecily Carl enters her first season at the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations in 2019- 2020. Carl joins the Mountain Hawks’ staff after a standout, four-year career at American from 2015-19.

She averaged a career-best 15.8 points per game, 5.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 33 games in 2018-19 en route to being named Player of the Year in the Patriot League. In four years, Carl is a three-time All-League selection, garnering Third Team honors in 2017, Second Team in 2018 and First Team in 2019. Carl also was named the league’s Scholar Athlete of the Year. In 2018, Carl helped the Eagles win their second Patriot League Championship and was named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament.

She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2018 and received her Master’s degree in sports analytics and management from AU in 2019.

BEFORE LEHIGH Meagan Eripret, a local product from Allentown, Pa. is the all-time leading scorer at Salisbury High School with 1,788 career points. The 6-3 center was named the team MVP for all four years of her career and was a three-time first team All-Colonial League selection and two-time first team All-Area member. Eripret was also a two-time All-State honoree, including collect- ing first team honors as a junior. In addition to her strong high school career, Eripret also played four years with the Lehigh Valley Fever and one year with the Philadelphia Comets club teams. Impressive in the classroom as well, Eripret graduated 11th in her class, was a member of the National Honor Society and earned the President’s Award for Educational Excellence.
