Summary of The site is not within or adjacent to any existing settlement boundaries; Constraints The site is located within a Historic Park and Garden; There is a SSI to the north west of the site and the site is adjacent to a SINC; There is an area of ancient woodland in the vicinity of the site and a strip of common land runs to the south of the site.

Recommendations for Any potential development would need to be carefully designed to be overcoming sympathetic to the Historic Park and Garden.
