SESSION LAWS OF WYOMING, 2012 SESSION LAWS SESSION LAWS BUDGET SESSION OF WYOMING 2012 Budget Session SESSION LAWS OF THE STATE OF WYOMING PASSED BY THE SIXTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE 2012 BUDGET SESSION CONVENED AT CHEYENNE, February 13, 2012 ADJOURNED March 8, 2012 Compiled and Published under Statutory Authority by LEGISLATIVE SERVICE OFFICE USERS NOTES Under W.S. 8-1-105 and 28-8-105, the Legislative Service Office is responsible for providing for the publication of the Wyoming Stat- utes. This includes conforming statutes which have been amended by more than one chapter of the Session Laws and providing appropriate numbering. For example, two chapters may use the same statute sec- tion number when creating a new section. These will be appropriately numbered in the Wyoming Statutes Annotated. The Wyoming Statutes Annotated will also reflect and give effect to amendments to a statute when the amendments are made by more than one chapter of the Ses- sion Laws. Note however that if a section is both repealed and amended by operation of more than one chapter, the repealer is controlling and the section is repealed.
