RICK MIDDLETON NUMBER RETIREMENT CEREMONY: The pregame ceremony to retire ’s number 16 jersey is on Thursday, November 29. Fans attending the Bruins-Islanders game should plan on being in their seats prior to the start of the ceremony at 6:30 p.m. The ceremony, which will be hosted by NESN analyst , will feature Bruins President , Bruins CEO Charlie Jacobs, and former Bruins head coach Don Cherry, alongside a select group of legends. Also participating in the ceremony will be Middleton’s former youth hockey coach Frank Miller, members of the 2002 U.S. Paralympic sled hockey team, and Middleton’s family. Due to the pregame ceremony, puck drop for the game will be at 8:08 p.m.

THANKSGIVING INITIATIVES SPEARHEADED BY CAPTAIN ZDENO CHARA: Boston Bruins captain Zdeno Chara continued the Bruins annual tradition of donating

400 pies purchased from Mike’s Pastry in the North End for Thanksgiving and delivering them to local organizations on Thursday, November 22. Chara made stops at New England Center and Home for Veterans, St. Francis House, Pine Street Inn, Haley House and Home For Little Wanderers. This was the 10th year that a Bruins player donated and delivered pies on Thanksgiving. was the first to deliver pies in 2009, carrying on a Thanksgiving tradition started by , who used to deliver turkeys to shelters. Gregory Campbell (2010-14) and Matt Beleskey (2015-17) continued the tradition over the last decade.

In addition, Chara and the Bruins are encouraging fans to give back this Thanksgiving to those in need by donating $33 to benefit the Boston Children’s Patient and Family Holiday Support Program, which helps families struggling with food insecurity this holiday season. The first edition of the b&g Collection was conceptualized by Stephanie Bergeron and Melanie Krug and consists of stylish and functional Bruins themed apparel and accessories geared towards women. Bergeron and Krug spent time hand-selecting and designing each piece in the collection specifically for the stylish Bruins fan who loves representing the Black & Gold. LIMITED EDITION ’47 HATS DESIGNED BY THE PLAYERS: Launching for the first time on Black Friday is the Limited Edition ‘47 Hats designed by the Boston Bruins players including Brandon Carlo, Tuukka Rask, Danton Heinen, David Krejci, Torey Krug, Matt Grzelcyk, Charlie McAvoy, Jake DeBrusk and David Pastrnak. 2019 PUCKS & PUPS CALENDAR: The 2019 Pucks & Pups calendar is on sale now at the Proshop on Level 2 of TD Garden. All proceeds from the calendar will benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation and MSPCA-Angell. This is the fourth year of the Pucks and Pups calendar since its debut in 2015. This year’s calendar features Bruins players , Zdeno Chara, Brad Marchand, David Pastrnak and more, alongside Special Olympics athletes as part of the Bruins Foundation’s B Inclusive initiative. WATCH A BOSTON BRUINS ALUMNI GAME: On Saturday, November 24, the Bruins Alumni will skate in a benefit game for the Skate for the 22 Foundation, which works to help reduce suicide amongst U.S. military veterans.
