SUGGESTIONS FOR FIELD TRIP SUCCESS: • If you plan to tour on your own, use the free self-guided materials we provide for the optimal experience. These can be downloaded at kids.sandiegozoo.org/curriculum/self-guided-activities. • Plan your field trip for the fall or winter months, when the crowds are smaller. • Bring your confirmation sheet with you, and send ONE lead teacher to check-in when you arrive. This lead teacher should have an accurate final count of students and chaperones on the day of your trip.
