The Society shall consist of Fellows, Honorary Fellows, Correspond- Membersg in Ladd an , y Associates. . Admission shall be by ballot. 4. 8. 15. The Council shall consist of the Office-Bearers, the three representa- tive Members above specified, and nine Fellows, elected by the Society.

17. The Council may appoint committees or individuals to take charge of particular departments of the Society's business.

19. The Council shall have power to call Extraordinary General Meet- ings when they see cause.

21. Unless special arrangements to the contrary have been made, copyright of The Proceedings and of all papers printed therein, as well as of all illustrations, shall belong to the Society.
